Contact Center. Way too small, I had a miserable coworker harassing me on my first week, a red head manager who's involvement with reps is whipping by the rows on her way out for the day, no care in the world, and one bad call it's all on you in harassment. No privacy. No culture. Only peace is when the red head leaves at 5pm.

Latest Visa credit card customers switchover is absolutely horrendous and still unresolved many days later. Do better. This is shameful.

Watch out when you use the drive-thru ATM. When you withdrawl cash out, it is taken out twice from your account. This has happened to me twice in the last few months when I only go there maybe once a week. I was refunded the money both times, but it makes me wonder how many people don't notice this. I won't use the machine here ever again. The first time I took out $100, and 2 $100 transactions were on my statement. This time it was $20, and 2 transactions of $20 were on my statement. Not happy with this branch at all!!

Went to the ATM at the Lake St branch. ATM told me my bank request was declined. Went inside the bank and spoke to the teller who informed me it must have been the machine. I trusted her and tonight I went to the ATM and it was declined AGAIN. Waited 10 min for a contact person to tell me it was a faulty card. So frustrated!.
