Canadian Tire

Tried to book a car repair. No one answered the phone any of the times i called (called within working hours). Decided to drive over and try and talk to someone. I arrived at 4:45 and was told the guy" has gone home

CTC never disappoints. The helpful staff are amazing. The shelves are always well stocked with a wide variety of products and you are supporting Canadian.

Power tripping managers who bully their staff in front of their coworkers and other customers is not how management teams should work . Manager Sue needs to learn some management skills on how to deal with customers and other staff members .Will be finding a different place to shop moving forward. I won’t be supporting this company anymore .

I was into Canadian Tire at Dartmouth Crossing this afternoon to get a AC, I was waiting about 20 minutes for someone to help me, I did finally see an employee I ran to see if he could help me. He had just got off of his lunch and he went way over board for me I would like to put a review for him. His name was Bob and he told me not to spell it backwards lol he has a great sense of humor and he was a pleasure to have ran into to help me.

A Canadian Tire store that had room on the aisles!! It's amazing to be able to get a cart side by side down every aisle!! I love it. Had to update this review and give it 5 stars because I'm still in awe of the aisles. Very clean store as well.

As a Canadian Tire alum, it's hard to give a bad review but come on. 1) the rule to leave backpacks at the front is stupid, if I wanted to steal I would just use a massive purse since apparently the ban is only on backpacks. What I actually want is to be able to carry my wallet hands free. 2) the credit card vultures. Enough said on that 3) no one can cut common keys. If you want a key with a wr-5 blank you might do ok, but a kw-1, which used to be the 3rd most common key blank (after wr-5 and sc-1) somehow confounded 2 people and 1 expensive but apparently useless machine. The employees' overreliance on their machine also doesn't inspire confidence. I was able to tell at a quick glance that the keys I was given wouldn't work. There was no employee step of checking (you have to look at the grooves). Save yourself the trip out there if you need a key copied, go anywhere else

Love to shop at the Mark's here, but the security guard at Canadian tire made us go through our receipt. When we said it was embarrassing he laughed at us. April 28th, 2023 at 1830.Mark's should have a separate exit.

Large store with huge selection of products and services for the public . They also had marks store inside the building which is a great. We got nice deals on our products.

Great store. Could use a few more floor staff during the daytime hours, especially on big sale days and Fridays

Manger has the worse customer service. Asked to do an order for pick up in another location. She rudely cut the employee off and said it was not possible even though we were told by another employee that it was posible. She said cause it was 1 minute after close we had to leave now and there was nothing they can do cause the stores don't answer the phone after 9pm.Online said there were 2 in store when they were actually sold out. And 2 employees were playing ball in the aisle.
