It could have more vegan options, but the current ones are delicious. I advise the management to take care of the washroom. It smells like someone who hasn't taken a bath for a month and had just finished a shift of 12 hours in a construction site.

Was looking for a good donair place but turns out its not to my liking but overall not bad. I don't really like the shredded Donair meet! But again its good to give a try!! Enjoy everyone !!

They have an expansive menu and I was excited to have this franchise open a location in Richmond but it was not like my experience at other Donair Dudes. The meat is grisly and they use cabbage instead of lettuce. Also the most money I've ever paid for a Donair. I'll change my review if they address those issues.

Very friendly staff and great customer service. My favourite is chicken donair. Serving is good and prices are reasonable. I like and already have been visiting several times. Good and clean restaurant. My mostly takeaway orders.

If you’ve never had a donair before then this chain of donair shops deserves a visit. I come from Halifax and so I love donairs. This place has the sweet Halifax sauce — and ask for them to drown it with sauce. This location in Richmond opened in April. There are other locations throughout Metro Vancouver. The one I usually go to is on Davie St. This new place beats the smiles and attention to details that make eating a donair special. They have lots of other food here but I’m all about the donair.I’m changing my rating on this place. The beef isn’t even close beef donair flavour. The sweet Halifax sauce not right. If this would be my first time in Donair Dude I’d never return. But I’m the future I’m going to check that the beef and sweet sauce are right before I spend $20 for lunch. The people are awesome. The store is awesome. But this time Donair Dude did not life up to its reputation.

I live in Burnaby and usually go to the Donair Dude close to me which is in Port Moody. But today I was in Richmond area and had lunch at the new Donair Dude.The great thing I like about Donair Dude is no matter which location you go too, you can be assured the quality, and service is the same. This new location in Richmond is no different.Had the chicken Donair and it was fantastic. Everything was tasty and fresh. The Donair is big enough for 2 people. Service is very good and the place is very clean. Another great meal!

I'm on a mission to find the best shawarma in Richmond. I didn't have high expectations for this place but I have been welmed.Pros:- Service is great and friendly (just opened so we'll see how long that lasts).- Some items have decent sized portions for the price. Value seems to be average.- Lots of variety for this kind of restaurant.- One of the few healthier fast food alternatives.- Open pretty late for Richmond.Cons:- Kind of on the bland side. My plate was completely doused in Sauce, yet I couldn't taste anything redeeming.- Veggies were diced pretty small and fell out of my wrap easily. Makes it feel cheap and processed.Will tweak this review if I ever fell like eating here again!

thinnest shaved chicken I’ve ever seen (obviously for portion control), had it on a value rice bowl which for some weird reason comes with fingerling potatoes instead of vegetables ($$) very poor value. its only saving grace was the excellent customer service and amazing hummus. will go back one more time and try a pita/donair
