Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa
I just had a massage & facial done today at Hand and Stone. The facial was great! Hammana was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. She made me feel relaxed and refreshed.Unfortunately my massage wasn’t at the same level. I had to remind my male Massage Therapist to increase the pressure. He didn’t have a fluid range of motion. It wasn’t as relaxing or rejuvenating as most massages.Also note that if you have multiple services booked you will have to change back to your regular clothes. If they had robes it would help keep you in the relaxation mode.I’m only providing this feedback to assist in improving your service.

*revisionHad an issue with membership cancellation last weekend and wasn’t satisfied after all. However, they called few days ago regards to an issue i had and able to find a resolution and solved the issue.Understand that any issues or unexpected situations can happen but it would be better to find out what company can do before they say “no” to customer in the future.I want to express thanks to Hands and Stone Pickering for providing solutions and further more, i really enjoyed and satisfied with their services like facials, lasers and massages.I will definitely be a member in the future as well.

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa
Had a massage from Rose at the Hand and Stone Pickering location and it exceeded all my expectations. I work from home, so I spend a lot of time sitting. I discussed this with Rose prior to the massage and she focused on the key areas for me as well as taught me useful stretches I had never heard of before to help as well. I was very impressed and will definitely visit again.

Called ahead of time to be late because I was still in family Dr. For back pain (fam dr was late seing me).They said it was okay. Closer to the place received a call that my time is already running and will get only 20mins of massage. I should be informed when I called them earlier so that I can cancel and willing to pay 50% than telling me that I only have 20mins massage. Drove all the way from Stoufville. So so disappointed.

The place was clean. The receptionists were pleasant and even offered me water after my massage. Linda was great. It was my first time to have a hot stone massage. It was relaxing and will do it again.

My wife and I had absolutely fantastic massages with Linda this Friday!! If I could give this spa 10 stars I would. Hand & Stone Pickering never fails to go above and beyond for their clients. The front desk staff was super friendly & welcoming, the spa was extreeeemly clean, I was offered refreshments before as well as after my massage- just overall 10/10 experience. They mentioned a membership program & there was no questions about signing up for it :) Will most definitely be back for some more massages and probably a facial at some point :)

I have been coming here for 5 months now (I have had over 10 massages at this location now) after having been to other massage places previously. I'm shocked by the bad reviews on here. I have had nothing but great service here. Vicky gives the best massages I have ever had. I have had Nancy once and she was great too adding some stretches to my massage treatment. The receptionists are always polite and helpful and have gone above and beyond to accommodate me. I will continue to book here. Thank you.

Karina one of the best estheticians out there!I have been following Karina for years now. From Markham to Scarborough and now Pickering, I do not mind the travel at all as long as I get to see her.Karina is the only one who has been allowed to touch my eyebrows for (I think) more than five years now. I have recommended her to numerous family and friends -- they are all very satisfied and only spoke great things about her.Karina truly cares about her clients. Thank you for all you do Karina!
