Jaffer did a call over the long weekend to diagnose to problem with my furnace. I was given a quote for the scope of work required. Work completed efficiently,on time and billed exactly what was quoted. Will definitely be using his company again for any further plumbing/heating issues.

Very recently I had a quite serious issue of Poly-B hot water line leaking. To deal with the problem, I asked a few plumbing professionals to provide suggestions on how to repair and to give cost estimation. In the end, Apple Plumbing & Heating was selected because of its accurate diagnosis and very reasonable budget quote.Their staff arrived on time and completed the work within a day. Not only did they do an excellent job, but the crew also even cleaned the site afterwards which is very unusual based on my experience working with various service providers. Once the job completed, the staff of Apple Plumbing & Heating explained what they did and taught us how to prevent future problems.In summary, I am very pleased with the services provided by this company and will highly recommend them to my friends and families in the future. Jaffer and his worker-man came and serviced my boiler the same day. Jaffer's knowledge was supremely good at diagnosing the issues. I had 3. And my heating system was back up the same day. I also have to say that the system is functioning better than before as well. More quiet and the control of the firing on and off was better than before. The movement of the water was quiet. I thought it was not working and I called him back. I was reassured it was and he was right. I waited and my floor was heating up. It was just quiet. I will use him again in the future. They are also Licensed Gas Fitters which is a MUST when working with GAS lines for insurance and reasons. I know the city also requires it when installing new hot water tanks. Thanks Jaffer!
