Nobody knows personal watercrafts better than redline! My experience at redline is they know more about how these things operate than the manufacturer! All my service and repair work goes to redline and my skis always come back running better than ever before. Redline has the knowledge and expertise in jetskis way beyond any marina or shop I've been too. No matter how hard the job is, redline gets it done. I appreciate this place sooo much, and I hope you will too b/c you just don't find such hard working, dedicated, do it right mechanics devoted to making sure your equipment is operating as if it was their own. Matt does amazing work and doesn't bs. If you want your work done right, he will do it. He is straight forward, does amazing diagnostic and mechanical work. He has done wonders on my modified RXTX300 which I brought to him with issues from the modifications done elsewhere. There is a reason he specializes in this field. Well worth the drive to get work done on the ski!

I have a 1998 SeaDoo GTX RFI which I took tremendous care of for the last 20 years. Used it extensively every summer and never had any major issues until late 2017, when oil started leaking into the cylinders. Aside from the motor issue, the ski was still in mint condition. I went to three different shops and was told there was no saving this motor. I should either get a newly rebuilt engine for it, or sell as is for a few hundred dollars. My wife and I really wanted to keep this ski as we don’t like the bulkiness and lack of maneuverability of the new models. I was referred to Matt and he told me he could partially rebuild the motor to get me a few more years, or do a complete rebuild that will provide another 7-10 years of enjoyment. We opted for the complete rebuild. The cost was high, but still less than half of what a new ski would have cost me. Now my ski runs better than it has in many years.Matt is extremely knowledgeable in his field and the ultimate perfectionist. He truly cares about making sure his work is top notch, and when he finds problems, he calls with options before doing any of the work. I would highly recommend Matt if you are looking to get the job done right, with the correct parts, and with the knowledge he backs up his work.

Bought a GP1300r from Florida when I lived there. I never rode it down there and was told when I bought it the machine was well maintained and had no problems. Well that was not the case, I had to have the pump rebuilt. The work that was done on the jet ski was great, was fairly priced, and done fast. He showed me everything that was wrong with the jet ski before he did any of the work so I knew what he was doing and what needed to be done. I would recommend everyone to Redline Performance and will be bringing all of my work to him from now on.

From the first conversation I had with Matt on the phone, I knew I was dealing with a TOP NOTCH technician. Matt is very knowledgeable about his trade and is straightforward and honest with his approach. I own an automotive and boat repair shop, so I can tell you I know quality when I see it. Took my 2003 Yamaha FX-140 ski to solve a power issue that I had been experiencing over the last few summers. The ski needed a new ECU, after finding the part to replace it, Matt replaced the ECU, changed the oil and installed new plugs. Now the ski is running like new again. I have regained the power and speed that I had lost due to an ECU that was failing due to a moisture issue. Will definitely take the ski back for any future maintenance. Thank you for the help.

Took my 2003 Yamaha 1200 wave runner with only 100 hours on it to Matt last month b/c it had a lack of power issue. He called me and quoted me $3200 for repair. Said whole top end had to be rebuilt, all carbs had to be rebuilt, new fuel delivery, etc. Basically he wanted to charge me more than the ski is worth. Then offered to buy it from me for $500 so he can fix and resell. Charged me $120 labor and i took it to another PWC repair place down the street(which he bad mouthed the whole time i was talking to him). Ended up i had a oil leak coming from a hose and 3 carbs that needed to be cleaned and 3 new spark plugs. Total bill $380. My ski runs great now. I saw a review early that sounded so much like mine.

Had a great experience here at Redline !!!! The owner is by far the most knowledgeable and reasonably priced jet ski expert within 100 miles of Webster, NY. Service was quick and the owners explanation of my ski's problem was so very helpful.

Matt is extremely knowledgeable about jet boats. Brought my Yamaha in that was messed up by a previous mechanic and Matt explained what was wrong and how to fix it, took his recommendation and am very pleased with his work.
