I'm a first time customer of Vogel's. I had visited the nearby Lowe's and Home Depot, but Vogel's selection of vinyl floor planks was much, much greater. Vogel's knowledge of vinyl floor planks was also far superior. Vogel's came to my house to measure and estimate the cost to install vinyl floor plank. Vogel's carpet and flooring did a wonderful job installing my carpet. Originally, when it was installed there was a mistake, and pet stain paint wasn't applied. when I reached out to address my concern, they responded quickly and fairly with how they handled the situation. They worked at my convenience and treated my furniture and house with care with the original installation and the correction. I would 100% use them again and actually plan to because I need new carpet upstairs too! The carpet is good quality and they gave me the option of ordering carpet for upstairs and downstairs at the same time or separately. I chose separately because we are a busy family and need to find time to organize before we can have the upstairs done. I am looking forward to working with them again.

Fantastic service start to finish! Holly was wonderfully informative about the carpet options and very patient as we took various swatches home several times. The install team was friendly, skilled, and able to finish our big job in one day. I LOVE the look and feel of my beautiful soft, new carpet! I'm a very happy customer!

I've used Vogel's Carpet twice for flooring in my Seattle condo and the results were terrific each time. I came in last month looking to update my bedroom floors to the same flooring I used a few years ago. The flooring is no longer available, but John helped me pick out a different style at a reasonable price. Since I don't have a car, John even dropped off and picked up the samples from my condo! It looks amazing and I ended up getting my bathroom and kitchen done as well. The work was done in 3 days - 1 less than the initial estimate. They are super helpful, especially if you aren't 100% sure on the color/type of flooring. I highly recommend Vogel 's,

Fantastic experience...from start to subsequent install. I needed carpet replaced in a rental and to be done within 2 weeks. They made every effort to assist and the results were excellent! Although the 2 week window offered limited options due to order time, the options they did have available exceeded expectations!

Vogel’s staff had the expert carpet and installer knowledge our project required. We wanted a modern wool and a stair Berber that complimented one another. They had several options to select from and the ability to checkout samples and bring them home and look at them in the context of our space was incredibly helpful. It was all installed beautifully. They were a class act from start to end. Highly recommend!

Vogel's Carpet & Flooring
Vogel's is the best! I've used them twice now, for carpet in a bedroom and new vinyl flooring in my kitchen. They're super easy to work with, have a large selection of high quality materials, and reasonable prices/options for different price points. I love that you can take samples home with you to see how they will look in the space. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
