We are so pleased with our experience with 1-800 got junk, and Alden and Andrew made it even better! They were communicative and on time for our appointment. They were respectful of our home and shared further information about everything their company offers. The removal of our recliner was quick and easy. We will definitely be using them again. I had a large pile of brush in my back yard that I needed removed. I called Jack, Alden, and Josh, and they came out the same day to give me an estimate. They were very friendly and professional, and they gave me a fair price.They worked quickly and efficiently, and they removed all of the brush from my yard.

Alden and Dylan were amazing!We had a week of hell brought on by a flood. They not only cleaned up the piles that we had in record time, but they also came back and took the wet furniture the same day!The guys took the time to repeatedly ask to make sure they were throwing away the correct items and double-checked all of their work. I’ve had very bad past experiences with hired cleaning crews who threw away everything without asking.Smiling, happy, cheerful, and most of all helpful service from a crew who clearly knows their business and wants the customer to be satisfied.Best of all, they were approved by the cat!!

Arranged Pickup for Later in the afternoon.Did not receive any call to notify when within the timeframe pickup would occur. (Website indicates 15-30 minutes before Pick-up Window)1 hour into the 2-hour window I called support and was told my items would be picked up 15 minutes before the end of the 2-hour Window.30-minutes PAST the Pick-up Window I then get a call that there's no availability today.Completely unprofessional and unreliable. Do better.Will be going with Grunts Move Junk instead.
