John Kennedy really is an expert on what to use and how to use it. He not only was able to get out some tuff carpet stains, but took the time to give advice on what cleaners to use in the future how how to use the effectily. Service was great and friendly. I'm glad I turned to expert, I thought my carpet was toast!

I am absolutely blown away with how fantastic of a job John and Donna did cleaning my carpets!! We just moved into our new home and the carpets were so dirty and full of huge stains. I can't believe the difference, it's night and day. I can't believe how amazing the carpet looks now. And to top it all off the carpet is hardly even wet! I've used carpet cleaners in the past and they've left with my carpets being very damp and taking hours to dry. John and Donna's way of cleaning carpets is amazing because the carpet is hardly even wet!! Ill be recommending them to everyone!

John did an exellent job of cleaning our sofa, loveseat, chair, two rugs and a staircaise to the basement, which was quite messed up.He came back to give some really bad spots (oil)on the staircase a second treatment free of charge. He got rid of the spots,which I thought, was im possible.All for a reasonable rate. Would definetly recommend.

My carpets have never looked better! I was about to replace my carpets because of 10 years of coffee stains, pet stains, and an embarrassing amount of dirt... John's cleaner got absolutely everything out, and it was dry later that day. 10/10 would recommend!

We had a quote booked and he never showed up. The day after he called to apologize and reschedule. The day came and he never showed again. He didn't call or say he wasn't coming. When we called to see what was up he had already left town for the weekend and won't be available to make it for another 5 days. Very unprofessional and delayed my tenant from moving in for over a week. The following week the business owner called and was very apologetic and offered to do the clean for free. I appreciate him reaching out but we ended up doing the job ourselves.
