Lux provides discount service at premium pricing. My installation has now been delayed 2 weeks from the original appointment. Other contractors now need to be rescheduled due to the issue. Day of cancellation is never exciting.I also don't respect the passive aggressive response saying that it's my problem for not having availability when we had an appointment set for weeks before hand. Not everyone can take a day off as easily as their installers.

Love my new windows! Justin was very professional as a salesman and really listened to us and met all of our requests. Niko our installer was prompt, efficient and very hard working. My home feels like a brand new house and I am thrilled. I would very much recommend Lux to anyone. My windows qualified for the Greener Homes grant.

Great experience working with Lux, in particular Jacquelyn Zelonka!! We had 5 quotes in total to replace our windows, and her expertise, guidance and sound advice won the job for us. She was very trustworthy, and her recommendations were spot on! Ty and his team did a great job! We had a great experience, and would highly recommend this company!

Having 18 windows installed in January while living in the house was something that my husband and I were nervous about. We decided to go with Lux Windows and Glass as we had used their services in the past and had been pleased. Well, I can report that once again going with Lux was the right decision. From meeting with Blair to order the windows, to doing business with Josh for the delivery of battens, and to dealing with the installers: Omari and his team, Gio and Taras, we were impressed and all did a fantastic job. Omari was a great communicator. He let us know what time the team would start in the morning and what the work plan was. At the end of the day, they would tidy up and leave their work area clean. What we appreciated the most were the extras: making sure that the caulking was a good match for the paint of the battens, being very particular when finishing the casings, etc. We were also impressed with how polite and how responsive the whole team was. The work was done faster than what had been anticipated and we could not be happier with the process and the final products. We love our new windows! Thank you Lux Windows and Glass!

Prompt professional service. I ordered a door. From quote to installation was seemless, with good communication. My estimate was fast and accurate. Our installer was friendly, professional, paid attention to detail, cleaned up after himself and left us with a beautiful new door. Very impressed. Will definitely use this company again.

I'll update the review as time goes on. We recently had our 16 windows replaced in our 30 year old home. We shopped around and decided on Lux based on the reviews, their reputation and word of mouth. We had Jackie Zelonka as our rep who diligently measured our windows and walked us through the various options, patiently answering our questions and addressing our concerns. At no point did we feel like we were a bother and we really appreciated her expertise given that we don't know much about this type of thing.We did have to follow up with Jackie as no one had contacted us in the 3-4 week time frame to remeasure. Ken came by and did that. About 2.5 months after putting down our deposit, we got an email notifying us that the windows were ready for installation and we scheduled it to be done in February. It was relatively mild temperatures (5 degrees but windy). Omari and his team were assigned to us and he was very communicative as to how he would work through the main floor, the basement and then the top floor. He and his team were very professional and did not make a mess. They had drop cloths everywhere so that even though they were in their work boots, they didn't make a mess. They cleaned up really well afterwards too (it was even cleaner that before the work). I also noticed that they treated each other with the utmost respect which shows their professionalism. He also apologized for the noise before he turned on the vacuum as he saw we were working in that room.The MDF that Jackie selected matched the rest of the house. The installation was seamless and the caulking job done was perfectly done (see pictures)I would not hesitate to refer my friends and family to Lux. Hopefully on cold days, I will no longer feel a draft near the windows. I hope during the summer, the house will stay cooler than before. I have noticed the noise from outside is minimal.

I just had my bathroom window replaced by Lux and I couldn’t be happier. From my sales rep Jackie Zelonka, the installations administrator Josh Kolba, and, of course, Tony and his team who did the actual install.It was a small job, just the one window, but I was treated with the same respect as if I was having my whole house done.I definitely recommend Lux Windows and Glass!Before and after pics!

Great experience working with Lux - particularly Jacquelyn Zelonka. She walked us through every step in replacing our front door and transom window and her design expertise was especially appreciated. She made several visits to our home to chat about design and ensure measurements were accurate. The communication was always speedy and the process was smooth start to finish. We've received so many compliments on the new door - it has really added to the exterior of our home. Highly recommend!
