Really friendly people. Came out with bolt cutters after hours as we couldn't find our key for the new lock that was installed.Price is very reasonable.The driveway was terrible to navigate during the snow. Took 3 tries to get through the gate as it was too icy to get a grip. Thankfully snow is a rare occurrence. :)Have been renting at this location for nearly 12 years while we were off roaming in our semi.

Lost everything because of a robbery in 2005. Still think about it and will never recommend anyone to this business. They never assisted in making anything right.

Great storage facility I use them and I am more than satisfied! Keypad for entry and exit and very good security, there is ever a worry that your stored goods are being pilfered as there's also a worker that lives onsite, they have a wide variety of units from small to large and I found royal to be the most convenient, friendly and local so if you need storage I highly recommend Royal Self Storage! I dont give many 5isg star ratings , however Royal deserves it!!!
