Completely awesome experience, new technologies and wonderful staff, shame that renovations are ongoing, but, I'm not going to hold that against them. I would happily recommend them.

This company is very professional, they take the time to explain you what is happening and how to proceed with your new orthotic.Andrea, the assistant is wonderful, she speaks 3 languages, English, French and Spanish.This place is highly recommended

Prior to my full hip replacement I needed a few essential aids for my recovery. After the frustration of useless pharmacies or inadequate medical stores" this was my last hope in NDG.....I SHOULD HAVE COME HERE FIRST!!!! They had everything I needed. Good fair pricing. Great service. Home run!"

Clerk was not helpful.. she seemed to be uninterested in helping with a simple question. She suggested that I call to make an appointment to ask my question. . We went across the street to the pharmacy and got the part needed to repair the walker...and with a smile. Suggest look elsewhere for help and courtesy. I went back again recently to ask about buying a walker for a friend. The requirement was something that was light and foldable. The clerk's answer was they're all about the same. It seemed that someone else came up perhaps the owner and was able to answer the questions. My suggestion is if the person at the cash doesn't know an answer she shouldn't be making one up. My suggestion is either speak with the owner or find a place where there's some professional working.

They are so rude soo rude. They give my daughter appointment after arrive on time there and after waiting 2 hours they told me you are lucky to accept you your daughter doesn't deserve our facilities !!!!!!!!!In this situation I had prescription from hospital????? All Québec like that ????

Very helpful, friendly and great with kids. The office is under renovation and is cramped, but we were treated extremely well.
