Great service, staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They do not try to pressure you into buying anything, they will give you their honest opinion and recommendations.

I had a great experience with Louise at Roger's last week while purchasing my new phone! She was beyond helpful in assisting me in choosing the best phone for my needs and lowered my bill with a new plan and offer! I love my new Samsung 21FE! Thank you! I went back in today and Louise and her staff were amazing! My son has a new phone now too!

I had some problems with my phone credit limit and account suspensions from fidos end when they found out my problem they were extremely helpful they all worked together to get me the help I needed by showed me what to do and when fido hung up on me they took it personally and got me my phone working agian great team and great service

Very nice people at the local store however, I called and asked them a simple question. they told me I had to call corporate for help. I called the toll-free number while I made dinner and was on hold for just under an hour before I hung up while we ate. I called back again after dinner and was on hold for 2 hours and 41 minutes before I gave up and disconnected. I am SO glad I'm not a Rogers client and this is the perfect reason why I will never be a Rogers client. I also called the French line and the automatic system said they were too busy to take my call and they hung up on me. This is Rogers. Good luck to anyone who decides to use this company. i never will be.

Shelby was wonderful helping my brother with his new phone. We got a sim card and put him on a plan. She was patient and friendly. Thank you so much.

The open sign was on but door locked when got there. Staff were very apathetic and made us feel that we were inconvenience them. They made things very difficult to return a phone at the end of a Contract. After driving 40 mins to get there we were told to phone customer service.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Louise who was very friendly and very knowledgeable! She answered our tedious questions with great patience and gave us absolutely top-notch customer service! If I ran a business I would hire her in an instant! Thank you Rogers Brockville for a great experience!

My husband and I went to this shop last March. The service was absolutely fantastic. The two young ladies Shelby and Louise took their time to find a solution to our problem. They were patient and very professional. Many stores should follow their example. Just one word: remarkable.
