Hamsa Yoga
I have never been a “joiner” and felt even more uncomfortable in yoga classes, but I braved the studio at Hamsa and have found something I didn’t know existed. The studio contains a wonderful program, but also a beautiful spirit of friendship and connection. If you are a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, serious about seeking a yogic lifestyle or looking for some fun or relaxing personal time away from the daily grind (maybe you want a little of all of these) this may be the place you find what you seek.

I have loved the sessions and classes that I have attended over the years. The hanging wall is amazing!!My daughter also love the kids sessions! The instructors are great with the girls!

HAMSA is my favourite place to go for yoga. The space is so bright and welcoming, with a lounge to relax in. The staff are very knowledgeable and so friendly - they make everyone feel welcome and add that personal touch. The range of classes offers something for everyone. And they always have specialty classes and events going on!

I love Hamsa! The people are so friendly and the instructors provide many adaptations to poses. There is a great connection in each class between mind and body. When I started at Hamsa, I had never done yoga before. I was made to feel welcome and it was not intimidating at all.

Hamsa is such a special studio. At this studio you feel valued and like you are part of an amazing family of yogis. The classes are unique, safe and oh so transformative. Hamsa Yoga in Carleton Place is my go to place for Yoga -- everyone is so welcoming and nice and the teachers are AMAZING! I especially love all the workshops/special events and community activities that they put on :)
