Beautiful store, great decor selection. I appreciate not being hounded, the ladies made me feel comfortable taking my time, there's a lot to see. They carry my favourite Capri Blue candles!

Super! unique accessories and different furniture pieces too - I love my time shopping in the store, and highly suggest it for not the mainstream decor. Supporting a local business is the cherry!

I have purchased many special items and furnishings as well as had an amazing custom table built. I have been thrilled with all of it. I visit this wonderful store very often and love that they mix in antique accessories & furniture on the floor that you can't find anywhere else. I find the staff helpful and they go out of their way to help me. I'm especially looking forward to the two unique chests I ordered for my new home.

Great experience using this company to refinish my furniture. Happy with the process and the quality of the work. We repurposed our bedroom furniture and also an old sideboard which we had distressed in white.

My husband and I have various items from Winterberry Lane in our home and are very happy with the quality of the products. We constantly get compliments on the furniture + accessories. We have also had many items painted from the owner and his son and are extremely happy with their quality and attention to detail. We love the new location - easy to get to and the building is beautiful.

Terrible customer service. Most items are not refundable or exchangeable yet you are not informed that full priced items are “final sale” at the check-out. I tried to exchange a $160.00 item after a couple of days and was rudely informed of the final sale. Stay away from this place. Dollars count to the store manager but customer satisfaction clearly does not!

I LOVE Winterberry Lane. I first heard about the furniture store through my mom. I remember going into the store for the first time (6 years ago) and being captivated and inspired by everything.When I began buying furniture for my condo (my first home), my first thought was going to Winterberry Lane! I purchased my living room furniture, a couple of decor pieces, and most recently my dining room furniture. Judy and Sarah allowed me and mom to layout the furniture how I would have it in my condo-which meant moving other items around to make it fit. Without hesitation, Sarah was on it and helping my mom and I. I have never heard of a place accommodating needs the way they did for me! Thank you!Winterberry Lane delivered my furniture on time, and was careful with every piece (in total it was 16 pieces).When I look at the furniture in my unit, it makes me proud and want to show it off! One of my dear friends asked, “where do you get furniture like this”? I told her Winterberry Lane in Oakville.Winterberry Lane brought my vision to life, and I am so happy! I wish there was a Winterberry Lane in KW, but it’s worth the drive wherever your coming from! The team at the store and delivery service are all family, and I felt they took care of me as if I was a member of their family, from when I was looking at furniture to when it was delivered!I will be going back to Winterberry Lane in the future for home for decor and design.
