Tile and Stone Source, Tile Store Calgary

I recently renovated my two bathrooms and used Du’s services. Du is professional and knowledgeable. He provided very good service, showed us pictures of the simulated results and listed all the needs for the project. When the project was done, there were no issues for returning extra materials. After the project my bathrooms are very bright and beautiful! Thanks Du for the recommendation of the beautiful tiles and the wonderful job.

Like for everything I buy or hire I turned to Google review and that is why I’m passing it forward.I needed tiles for a bathroom renovation and I planned on visiting several stores.The first store was Tile and Stone Source as I had used them years ago because of selection and pricing. A check on Google for reviews showed they were still thought of by many as the go to store for anything tile or stone related and once you see the size of the yard it will be clear why.Once inside we were met by Jodi who clearly loves her job and has the knowledge and dedication to customer service. She quickly narrowed down what was important to us and showed us a tile set that was of a great porcelain quality and was being offered at discounted contractor pricing.Nice surprise. Sign me in.In a function that is normally stressful, time consuming and tiring we picked out a tile in record time without even going to a second store and however many after that.All because Danny the store owner knows what people to hire as part of the team and what product to stock and display that customers want and at a price that eliminates the need to shop around.I asked if Danny was around to say hi - a very likeable guy- and although he was in Edmonton at one of their other stores he called to say hi and thanks. That loyalty to the customer is something you will get if you go here.And coming here first will allow you the opportunity to have more time to go something you would really rather do even if it’s nothing. Just like the review I wrote the first time I still recommend this place.

Great experience at this place. I was developing my basement and after some research I found this place.Service was fantastic, they were very knowledgeable on the product and installation. They even help me with the design portion (they have a designer that can help you identify the product that fits with your expectations). I was DIY so, their help and support was critical. I was with my kid and wife and they were super patient while my kid was asking everything.A big shout out to Sarah, Randy and Alejandro. Top notch service! Thanks for everything!!!

We were short 2 shower walls worth of tile, I came in as a last resort. I had been to a ton of tile places in the city without any luck or useful suggestions. Robin greeted me upon walking in and I showed him a few pictures of our unfinished project, he began touring me through what he believed were my best options. His solution based attitude and fantastic suggestions landed me with not one, but two choices of tile that I was confident would finishes the job. The payment and pick up process were seamless and efficient. You're a life saver Robin!

I had to pick tiles for two bathroom renovations: floors, shower walls and shower floors/ ceilings. It felt overwhelming as selection mistakes would be very expensive to rectify. Connor listened to me, asked me a few questions, then gave me two possibilities to consider. After consulting with a designer and exploring other possibilities, I actually ended up going with one of his suggestions. Not only was he knowledgeable about undertones, but also about usability, having been a former installer.I also want to acknowledge the able assistance I received from other staff, especially Sara and Cassandra. Tile and Stone Source are outstanding and among the best in customer service. They are knowledgeable, responsive, and efficient. I placed an order with Tile and Stone Source for 2600 sq.ft. of natural travertine and it arrived from Calgary AB to a residential address in Victoria BC in 3 day! The shipment was packaged perfectly and not a single tile arrived broken. Tile and Stone Source arranged for Day and Ross Transport to deliver my order (which was also a very positive experience). Great travertine quality at the best rate found across Alberta and British Columbia. I will gladly shop with Tile and Stone Source again. I renovated my master ensuite from top to bottom over the course of a year. Used a few different tile stores for different tiles. Ames Tile is OK and Julian Tile is passable but neither are even close to the level of customer service and friendliness here. I was probably in the store at least 20 times and spoke to multiple reps, always had a great experience.And a huge shout out to Connor, felt like my personal tech support and advice guy. His experience is always on hand to help out and he was never short of time to chat about the job.I highly recommend this store, especially if you are a DIYer and nervous about the service you'll get as a beginner.

I came in to get some bathroom tiles for a DIY project. Du was very attentive, and professional helping me through the whole process. I got a great deal on the tile, waterproofing materials, and also ended up buying a shower door from their wide selection of options. He also provided some great design suggestions - and I am very pleased with the results.

Our experience was excellent. The staff and designers are very professional and get back to you promptly with quotes. Once ordered the tile arrived on time. It is a simple subway in a nice creamy color that highlights the cabinets and marble counters.

I would highly recommend Tile and Stone Source. The selection, quality and customer service is excellent. I worked with Sherrie to complete my 3 bathrooms (ensuite, kids, and basement) and fireplace. Everything turned out stunning! Thank you Sherrie!
