I understand the staffing shortage going on but this place is constantly filthy. Cream, sugar, coffee all over the counters. I won't even set my cup down. Coffee, sugar, cream often empty, no cups, lids etc. The staff is super friendly but one person cannot possibly keep up with the morning rush. Where's the manager, owner??

I wish i could rate their car wash less then 1. I paid for premium car wash but our car came out dirty with soap not even dry .So if care about your hard earn money please don’t use their car wash.

Clean, efficient, lots of pumps. Great customer service. Esso has been around a long time. There is a good reason for that and this place will remind you.

I just went today for a car wash at this Esso Station I paid 14$ plus taxes and when I came out of the car wash who did not even took 5 mins and I ask for a full wash .My car was still dirty it was not wash. I went to ask if they could do something like pay me back or put it back so it could be wash properly they refused . this is never happen to me to pay for a car wash and my car come out and it is not wash . The service is bad they don't see to know what they are doing. I do not recommend this Esso station. They just lost a customer and I am not the only one who has received bad service at this station.

The older Caucasian lady with blonde hair has made it so I Do you not even want to enter the facility if she’s on cash. She is rude, she Huffs and puffs when i ask her for lottery or cigarettes, and she never smiles and says please or thank you. Customer service is everything perhaps you should take a lesson.

I locked my keys in my car, while I was going to do a full service at the station. The clerk would not let me use a phone or call anyone for me. Horrible service!!!! I had to walk across the street to Petro Canada and they helped me.

Overcharged! Be careful. I pushed regular at 2.29/litre and they charged me for supreme at $2.519. $6 won’t break me but I had no help from inside except say keep receipt and come back for a manager. Rather frustrating. Pump5/6.

Bought the premium car wash , my car came out with stuff on it . I was in a hurry but went back the next day and told them . The guy asked if I wanted to buy another car wash . Worst customer service I've seen ever . Would not recommend it.

Went to Craigflower esso for car wash. I was trapped in the carwash. I figured out how to get out and went inside store to let them know that I was unable to get my car out because the carwash door wouldn't open. Finally someone came out. They acted as if I was inconveniecing them even though I couldn't get my car out. They totally ignored me , they never apologized to me for being trapped inside the car washWhen I asked if I could get a free car wash because I paid 15$ and I didn't get a full service they out right told me no. This is probably the worst example of poor customer service that I have ever experienced. It is not fun being trapped inside a car wash.
