I had a very soiled carpet that needed cleaning. When I have had these issues previously, other carpet cleaning services did not want to deal with it, and would only do one pass with the cleaner. Farhad took the time to do 4 passes until it was clean. We did agree in advance that it would cost a bit more, but it was very reasonable compared other cleaning services. I will be using Farhad again in the future.
