The greatest STAFF I'VE EVER BEEN CARE FOR

Went here for an appointment, never heard anything back. Also, update your website. I called at 2:58 pm when your website says you're open til 4:30 pm and got the after hours lady who was no help at all other than she said you close at 3pm. Phones shut off before you close I guess...

Got my Covid test done here, very easy to book the appointment and was in/out within 20 minutes. Our tester was fantastic. Thank you to all the staff for your hard work.

Great dr office for phone tag! They find it very hard to answer a phone. I had a apt for 8:30am and my dr didn't walk through the front doors until 9 then another 20 minutes before she called me in very professional. Also takes like 2 weeks to get an appointment so time you get to see the dr your already over whatever you were sick with.

This is for the place that does physiotheapry they are so nice there the lady at the desk is really nice the lady who was doing the screening was really nice. The therapist there are nice kelly was great the lady who took over natasha was super nice and kind i saw her 2 times both times she took the time to treat my knee and shoulder

The best health care center! Everyone is great. Not overbooked, efficient and very caring. So lucky to have Dr Mossman and her wonderful team!

Nearly impossible to get anyone to answer the phone and when they do I get nothing but attitude. I was told it's not like you're going to end up with DKA and in the hospital" when asking about coverage for a dexcom to help stabilize my blood sugars. If I could give 0 stars I would after a comment like that to a patient struggling."

For context I am referring to the building at the back, 490 huronia road. They we're a great office at first when I was a child. Now Its a terrible place to go to, I was getting my covid shot a few months ago and cause I have an extreme fear of needles one of the nurses locked my legs into place and held me still while I was having a panic attack then proceed to try and give me the shot while I'm hyperventilating and on the floor she proceeded to try and pick me up and throw me into the chair. MY DOCTOR had to intervene and tell her to stop cause I was freaking out. THE FACT the nurse was being very physical during a pandemic and clearly not caring for how much I'm scared makes me furious, and her name is Debby. They even suggest I PUT THE VACCINATION IN MY THIGH. I was absolutely shocked by that comment from MY doctor. I also had many problems where lack of communication is the biggest problem I had go to the hospital because the told me my testicular torsion wasn't doing anything wrong and seemed fine. I proceed to the E.R and they tell me if I waited any longer my ball could have died and so could I. Horrible place I wouldn't suggest anyone going here. Absolutely disgusting in my opinion.

This is the 5th day of being off work (healthcare) and still no swab result. They keep telling me to wait, can't tell me which lab it went to, can't tell me what information was put down on the requisition, can't tell me if I will get a call or not. The online website says Your information does not match our records"."
