My family and I have been receiving care at this clinic for 18 years.Excellent service. Never disappointed.Dr.Kavouris is very professional.I would be very happy to have a family doctor like him.

It is unclear what this office's hours of operation actually are, since they don't follow what's listed on Google.In fact, not even the office staff are aware of when their clinic is supposed to be open. They were unhappy to see a patient at the door, and when told that their own office's voicemail message clearly indicated that the office would open at 2, they were very confused and claimed that the clinic's opening hours could have changed because of the rain. I wasn't aware that this clinic operated on a weather-permitting basis.

Lakeside Medical Clinic
I have visited this clinic numerous times and Dr. Kavouris is one of the best doctors I have been to in quite some time. He’s knowledgeable, professional, patient, and has a great sense of humour. I wish he was a family medicine physician, however I am happy to have his expertise nonetheless. The wait times are a little long, but that is to be expected for a walk-in clinic. Highly recommend!

It took me a while to find a doctor that made me feel in good hands! Dr. Kavouris as well as his staff are awesome! Dr. Kavouris really strives to give the best care possible to each of his patients.

Great Doctor! I've been in Dr. Kavouris since 2008 and I brought my family too and his always the same a very good doctor and his staff are so nice too. Keep it up your great team. And God blessed more!

I’ve been going to this clinic for 10+ years and I’ve never been disappointed. Dr Kavouris has always been very helpful to me and my family. He is very knowledgeable and takes his time to explain the situation to his patients. Whenever we’ve had a problem he’s been able to identify it and provide us with a solution. I would highly recommend going to this walk in clinic.

I'm giving this place a 4 star because Dr K is great (I'd give him a 5 star), but the staff are completely incompetent. Ive been trying to get ahold of the clinic for days because of some concerns on my blood test. They either block the call, or let it ring. I cant get a call back from them when the doctor sees my results because the girls at the front copied my information off of my intake form incorrectly. It's so frustrating when you have a gem of a doctor close by, but to get to him you need to deal with incompetence.

Dr. Kavouris is among the best doctors in Ontario (by ratings among top 10%). Very professional and knowlegable with a lot of experience. He successfuly resolve my skin problems. BTW he is an expert in skin related issues...
