We recently had all the windows in our house replaced by Premier North Windows & Doors and we have nothing but good things to say about the experience. Greg, our rep from Premier North, was very thorough in explaining to us all the options, the advantages of certain windows over others, which windows qualify for the government rebate program, etc. They were very professional from the start, from scheduling the measurements to final installation. He was professional and prompt at coming over to provide a free, no obligation quote for my front door system. He explained various types of doors and was very informative. We ordered the door with sidelights and they were installed last week. The installation crew, led by Max, were precise and accommodating. What I was really impressed by was that they cleaned the area as if nothing had been done. We love our new door! Starting from the beginning, my experience with Premier North Windows & Doors was excellent. Out of 3 quotes, Premier North’s rep, Brian, gave me the best prices and the best timeline for installation. 7 windows and a beautiful patio door were installed by Vidas with absolutely excellent quality, product and workmanship. From the beginning, our sales representative, Paul, presented all of the options that were available for our replacement windows and doors including types, styles, colours and what we could expect back through the government rebate program. The windows and doors were delivered on time and the installation crew, led by Sergei and his team, were extremely customer focused and friendly. They spent a whole day replacing all of our windows, front door and sliding patio door as well as built our new beautiful bay window. The installation process was excellent. Sergei and his helpers were very knowledgeable and detail-orientated. I'm really happy with my purchase! My back garden French double doors look great. The new windows on the second floor make such a difference to my house. It was a good decision to replace the old frames. The new interior look with vinyl frames and trim is just amazing. Dima and the installation crew were good. Three hard working guys did a fast and clean installation. The price was affordable and I took advantage of one of the great financing options available to me. This summer I'm planning to replace my first floor windows and front door. I will definitely be calling Barry and his team at Premier North Windows & Doors!

Premier North Windows & Doors is a professional company from start to finish. Brian was a no-pressure salesman, in comparison to some of the others I had over. He knew the product was good, gave excellent recommendations on vented glass for side door and had a very competitive price, so there was no need to haggle. Pavel and his team of installers were quick and tidy. Happy with the vinyl windows and side door we chose.

We wanted to replace our front door and all of our windows last summer and found Premier North Windows & Doors online. Brian came over and put together a very professional presentation – he showed us samples of the windows that we would replace, a cross-section of a window, a few different types of glass we were interested in along with colour chips.
