Dr. Rozbacher is my Dr. And he does an amazing job I couldn't ask for a better one I've only been with him about a year and a half but he has by far been the best I've ever had takes his time and is thorou he doesn't just write a prescription and send u off.

Had been going here for a long time. Had to book a phone consultation multiple months in advance. Then without telling me, move my appointment to another doctor. I have been going to the other one for almost my entire life. The new one calls, and is confused why I don't know what's going on, when he doesn't explain the situation or even say where he is from. I call back to confirm its real and get nothing but attitude from the woman who answered the phone. Acting like it's unreasonable for me to not know why a doctor that I have never heard of calls me and doesn't explain why he is calling. I still have no idea who he is, and can't find any information on your own website. So maybe it's a bad assumption, but it just seems like you're sending files to other doctors from other clinics.

People needing Healthcare can be scared because they don't understand medicine, and when the doctors and receptionist is impatient and rude it makes us feel stupid. A little patience with your patients goes a long way.

The NP here really went above and beyond for me. She knows who she is and I'm very thankful that I got the chance to be seen by her!

My doctor and several others are competent and compassionate, and have gone above and beyond to accommodate my family, which is what the two stars are for.However, my mother has been waiting over 5 years for proper referrals/testing/diagnosis/treatment for life threatening cardiopulmonary issues, which, following a bout with covid, recently caused a heart attack. She still is not receiving proper care. Her current doctor is treating her as if she's a parasite, not worth the cost of treatment.I guess the bottom line is that, to many of the staff there, you don't deserve to live if you have disabilities or chronic health problems, unless you have children to raise/tax revenue to generate, or are on private insurance.

Hardly had to wait at all. Nurse and administrative personnel all seemed extremely competent and efficient. Hard to believe, but a great experience with Manitoba Healthcare :)

Cannot get a family doctor, cannot get in with same day appointments - not enough people! How can we access healthcare? I don't want to waste valuable resources going to emergency when it is not an emergency, but still require health care? Might not be their fault but they need more physicians!

My Dr (Ilchyna) has always been a great Dr for us. Nice to see the mask mandates are finally over in the clinic.

I have had a serious rare long term reactions from the Pfizer vaccine and I have received little to no help. I am unable to function and my body is experiencing a variety of very painful issues that have left me so weak for past 8 weeks. I am still waiting to hear about specialist appointments. I have only been able to have 2 phone call appointments with my GP. Hard to believe, where in the last year I was a front line worker following all the restrictions and supporting the government and medical system, then I go and do the right thing to get the vaccine and have a rare reaction and it feels like the medical system has left me hanging.

Good service from all levels of staff. Friendly and knowledgeable. The layout of their waiting room is not very good in terms of patient privacy. There is very little sound absorbing material, so when someone is at a counter checking in, you can hear everything they’re saying, including their complaint. I don’t know if it is necessary to ask that, but protocol needs to be assessed to ensure that PHIA is being met in the new facility. The nurse is very helpful and knowledgeable as well. A good asset to have at the clinic.
