Unlike the Robson location, Im always having bad experience in this store. They always make you feel uncomfortable. Staff and manager is very pushy. They get upset when you don't buy after try the item on. I don't have to buy everything that I try on?!!!! It doesn't even surprise me anymore having a horrible customer service every time when I go to this store

My girlfriend and I were so impressed with the calm and professional demeanor of the staff. It really made us feel like we were the only ones going into that store that must see hundreds of people a day. Would seriously come back just for the customer experience!

I am of a larger bust size and this is the only bra store that I can find supportive bras at.The staff are always incredibly helpful with suggestions and finding my size, as well as just have a very welcoming vibe. They tend to you every step of the way hahahI appreciate the variation and selection this store carries for bras and swim wear. There's something for most :)
