Exquisite Landscaping Kelowna

Your trailer is dumping grey rocks all over the road! Just followed your pickup in West Kelowna and rock was spilling out. Got rock chips on my car now. Maybe use a tarp against your tailgate or fix the gap in your trailer!

This company had asked to use our driveway and property to access our neighbors yard. We granted permission as they promised to leave our property in the same if not better condition. That was not the case. In the end they had broken the edges of our driveway off. I saw a worker throwing chunks of our driveway down the bank in front of our house. They had a major hydraulic leak on our driveway which they never cleaned up. And to top it all off, they were urinating in our yard. (Which we caught on video surveillance).Once their work was done (which was 3 weeks later than requested) they packed up, left and never returned to fix the damage. I understand we weren't the paying customer, our neighbors were, but to use our property and break a promise by leaving us with damage and disrespect, I thought others should be warned that Exquisite Landscaping is very unprofessional.

We just had Nathan and crew extend the width of our driveway and build a little garbage can shed. I would have given a 5 star except for the clean up. I did tell Nathan about this, but the clean up was not 100%, with rocks left all over our driveway and and the neighbors mulch. Other than that, we are very happy with the work. The driveway came out great, the employees of Exquisite Landscaping are very polite and personable. We are especially happy with the garbage shed that Corey made. He did an awesome job, it looks great, and works well. When we had quotes for the job, these guys were able to offer a full service deal, ie, remove old shrubs and rocks, remove and cap off the now not needed irrigation pipes, and also build us the shed. All in one quote. Thanks very much, I highly recommend Exquisite Landscaping.

Exquisite Landscaping paved my driveway and replaced an existing walkway. Nathan came to the house and presented me with options for the work and gave me an oral quote based on my choices. When I received the written quote it matched the oral one. The work was also begun in the time frame I had been given. I was impressed by the quality of the work and the meticulous care for detail that all members of the crew showed in their work. When the work was completed, one member of the crew came back and and cleaned up the part of the lawn that had been disturbed. If the truth be told, he probably left it in a better condition than it was before. I am very pleased with the quality of work done by Exquisite and have no problems recommending them.

Wow!We are super impressed with how Nathan and his team handled our job from start to finish. Exquisite just finished building a two level keystone block retaining wall, floating stone slab stairs and some property levelling for us.They guys were on site early, courteous very productive each day.Professional quality and prompt service. I congratulate you for a nice job done on Clifton. The Putting Green and other landscaping shows that you know what you are doing.However, the mess you leave over a long period of time on the public road abutting, is horrific.The inconvenience every month to everyone living there and using the road, is unconsidered and now you left a mess of plastic containers and a pile of Mulch - for how long ?You did a nice job washing the road - finally, but then you when back and made a ne mess which I wonder when you will be cleaning that, as it sticks to my shoes and my Dogs Paws ?! :(

What an amazing company! Nathan and his crew are efficient and hard working. We had two retaining walls replaced and new brick stairs installed. Nathan was very honest about drainage issues that caused our old walls to fail. Extremely professional company, respectful of the neighborhood and my property despite logistic issues with trying to get all the equipment and materials on location!

I would avoid this company for so many reasons. Exquisite landscaping started a job for my neighbor so I asked for a quote and was told he would get back to me...which he never did and turned out that is a good thing.-They left a mess of rocks and bark mulch on the road where they were working for over a month and then still over 3 weeks after they finished the job before it was poorly cleaned up. Not to mention that the job should have only taken less than a week. This whole time these piles were causing our residential road to be single lane.-The owner and workers were all speeding to and from the their job site. When I tried to confront the owner of this company about the speeding and mess his large aggressive dogs barked and lunged toward me while the owner laughed and sped off.

Had these guys come in for a big job at our place in peachland. Blasted through it in a couple days and the job they did was top notch. Very knowledgable and super easy to deal with. Did a walk around with me afterwards to make sure I knew how to look after and maintain the the new systems that were put in which I appreciated alot. Highly recommend these chaps, I'll have them back in the spring for another big sprinkler job.

Don't hire for lawn maintenance. Hired in the summer for a weed and feed plan for my front and backyard. They came once and sprayed for weeds, sprayed the front yard,and half the backyard (my neighbour watched and told me) and you can tell only half the yard was done. Asked to be notified when they would come as I have dogs that use the yard, no notice. Fertilized my front yard only. Never came back for second feed, never came back for proper fertilizing. Got a bill in the mail for more than the quote. Called after the bill to get the services done as requested. No one ever came back or called.
