Went here to get a bridesmaid dress hemmed and got a text about a day or two later saying it was done and ready to pick up. Didn't try on the dress until the day of the wedding (my mistake, should have tried it on right when I picked it up in store) and it was like it was never hemmed! Spent all night stepping on my dress! Costed $50 plus tax too, what a waste of money. Don't go here.

Very bad customer service. I would never go there, thankfully I changed my mind and took my business elsewhere after interacting with the black lady. She is very very rude. Never going there

Brought my prom dress here to be altered. I was a bit nervous to get it fixed just because i haven’t been here previously. The very nice lady (sadly never got her name) pinned my dress to how fitted i wanted it & how i wanted the tail of my dress to flow also. In about less than a weeks time, my dress was finished! I tried it on and it fit even better than i thought it would’ve! The dress itself didn’t even look like it had been altered everything was so clean and neat. i would defiantly recommend this place to anyone and the staff there are all very friendly! Overall, I had a very positive experience with them and will defiantly be going back for any alteration needs!

DO NOT GO HERE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE 0 starsI came here to get my prom dress altered and the lady said it would be done Thursday 1DAY BEFORE MY PROM and guess what it’s not done doesn’t even looked like it has moved since I dropped it off and she hung it up on a rack i am furious and I want my money back I paid 109 for this alteration and she ushered me it would be done in time. Not to mention they were rude when I came to pick up my dress all they said was it’s not done like???? Excuse me????? My prom is in less the 24 hours. Absolutely terrible never go there!!!

I am very pleased with the way my 3 daughters dresses turned out the ladies there are very friendly thank you Pamela for staying so late on a holiday to finish the dresses. Greatly appreciated

Do not waste your time and money at this place! We bought our daughter a beautiful $300 white dress for her confirmation which was two weeks away… The seamstress only used pins in fitting my daughter! The dress was two sizes bigger then. She told us to come back in a week. Which we did in a week! When we got there, she was still working on it and told us to give her more time! My husband was nice enough and said ok I’ll come back tomorrow after 5! That should’ve given her lots of time because we already gave her a week! The next day we came back, I insisted for our daughter to try it on. It was too tight! She couldn’t even close the zipper and can’t breathe either! I told them to fix it! The other seamstress said to give us 10 minutes for her to fix it! I’m no expert but I haven’t seen anyone in this place use a tape measure!!! The older seamstress who was with a customer at that time was telling us the dress will be ready whenever they said it will be ready!!! She said she doesn’t care when the occasion is. When we already came back twice! She was even smirking and giving us attitude in front of the other customers and make us feel it’s our fault for their incompetence!!! My husband was so patient but her attitude towards us was unacceptable! The $300 dress long story short looked like a cheap dress because they butchered it which shows! They also charged us $150 for a butchered job! And on top of that, their work station is nasty and disorganized! They had Tim’s coffee or tea where the dress was! We brought the delicate dress wrapped in plastic and a big suit bag! They lost our plastic that held the dress for two years! Thank you but no thank you.

Gave a pair of dress pants that had to be ready in time for a wedding, Pam was a great help. She fixed up my pants great and at a reasonable price especially for the quality of work! Going to be bringing more of my items her way from now on.

Would not recommend. 0 stars if I could.I got a bridesmaid dress altered here and nothing went right. The only positive is they called me less than a day to tell me my dress was ready for pickup. I asked for the length to get hemmed as well as the slit of the dress to be taken up, but they just cut the dress and left it unstitched. When I tried the dress on there was the seam of the dress unraveled and thread was all over the place. I went back and told the lady about the problem I had and she only stitched the first layer and not the second layer of the dress. (The dress was only 2 layers of fabric.)It was still unfinished. To top it off the lady was very hostile and customer service is terrible.I do not trust them and had to go to another place to get the dress stitched right. Go to stitch it across from this place. They will treat you better and get it right the first time!I payed almost $100 for a dress that wasn’t even altered properly. Stay clear of this place!!

I am beyond angry and disappointed with the service I receive. I honestly should have read the comments before going here. Their unorganized and they don’t meet deadlines. Not to mention they made alternations to my dress that I did not ask for. Now I’m forced to wear an uncomfortable dress for the rest of my event. Thanks a lot (not really)

I am very pleased with the recent hemming of my long jersey material dress and with the timeliness of the service. It was a double stitch hem with no puckering of the material. The price was also reasonable. Would highly recommend.
