Great place for repairs on RV Coach. I have been bringing my Coach here for several years now. I have had minor and major repairs completed. Very good quality service and reasonable price. They are great people to deal with even when you are phoning about problems when travelling. I would strongly recommend Alberta coach and Chassis.

I called an Aqua hot dealer in the states and left a message, no call returned at all, so I found Alberta coaches and emailed them in the evening and they responded immediately. The next morning I called and they sent me the two parts I needed and I received them in Manitoba in under 24 hours. Great job Alberta Coaches!

This is one of those rare finds one stumbles across. Now over 12 years of Steve servicing my coach, life carries on knowing each time I need service or repairs I'll get one on one treatment and service from someone I can trust. A true rarity in today's world, old school service in a modern company.

Steve did a pretty big upgrade on the suspension of my brand new ACE motor home. We encountered some issues with the drive once we picked it up. As it turned out, the issue was a factory item that needed to be dealt with. Steve and Tanya stuck with me through the whole ordeal until the issue was resolved. Steve carried the cost of the repair, which has been submitted for warranty. I will definitely go back to him in the future and recommend his services. His primary concern is the safety and satisfaction of his customers. It was a pleasure to deal with this company. As well, I consider Stave a good friend and a stand up guy.Mario

We brought in our RV to get fixed and also add on a few things. I had them take a picture of our sales slip and our extended warranty and told them to be sure to phone the warranty people to get a ticket number before any work was done since we knew that the add ons we wanted would not be covered but the original things on the RV would be covered. Alberta Coach and Chassis Ltd did not phone in to get a ticket number (although they said they did) and just went ahead and did the work. This then cost us $6,200.which should have been quite a bit less if they would have gotten the go ahead from the warranty people. I later found out that this company is well known for not calling the warranties even though asked by customers to do so. Beware RV owners .

I have known Steve and Tanya for 15 years. They are always willing to help with any issues I have. Easy to reach them with a large parking access.

Alberta Coach has always been the best to bring your Coach to for any repair or service, I have been using them for about 14 years. Recently I found out about a critical recall on my refrigerator, I called them and gave them the serial numbers they needed and was told they would call back after checking. The next morning I received a call to stop by so they could inspect the unit, order the parts, and complete the recall when the parts arrived. I had some time that afternoon so I stopped by, they inspected the fridge and it was in acceptable condition to perform the recall, then I see him pull some parts out of a box and start installing it. Turns out he had the parts in stock and stopped everything to do it on the spot and had me back on the road within 45 minutes. Aside from this positive experience any time I have had questions about my coach they have always given me an honest answer.

I had some extensive work on my Monaco done this spring at Alberta Coach & Chassis Ltd. The work included everything from Chassis to Coach to body work and paint. I found Stephen and Tanya amazing to deal with, super knowledgeable and an amazing shop. I would highly recommend them to anyone that wants a reliable, knowledgeable and thorough shop. I was completely satisfied with all of the work they did. Stephen's ability to find those hard to find items, or provide solutions was amazing. This shop really can do anything, and they do it all well!
