Even with a small issue immediately after installation (which they addressed within 24 hours), I would not hesitate to recommend this team.A couple of weeks after installation, a new issue developed, which I thought was related to their previous work. It was not related at all, but they fixed it the next day AND they were very patient and polite even though I had mistakenly thought they were to blame for the new issue. Class act all the way.Further, Adrien was able to repair the very old bathtub taps that four other plumbers could not, saving me about $1000. Having been told I needed new taps by other plumbers, I would never have known the ones I had could be fixed without Adrien's honesty.I'd give them ten stars if I could :)

I am very happy with the work that Justin did. I had a problem shutting my shower tap off. Justin came and was able to install a new gasket for me. I will certainly call Eastman Plumbing when needed. Thank you Justin

It was a cloudy and dreary day in Bobcaygeon when Betty (my wife) went down to the lower level of our home and saw a small puddle of water on the top of our son’s covered pool table. Horror of horrors! What good plumber do we call? Relatively new to the area, we telephoned our son, Derrick, who had lived in the area longer; without hesitation, he said to call EASTMAN PLUMBING SERVICE as they are the BEST. My wife called Eastman Plumbing and explained our dilemma. The lovely lady there said they would try to haves a Plummer to our house today. Justin and Jon arrived that afternoon. After much searching in the shower, Justin found the problem in the shower drain pipe under the floor and he promptly repaired same. These qualified plumbers were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. My wife, Betty and I were very relieved when Justin and Jon left our home. I wasn’t sure if the problem was electrical or plumbing. So glad I call Eastman Plumbing with Easter weekend coming I really hoped whatever was wrong could get fixed. I was so happy when to get a phone call saying the repair persons were on their way. They were friendly courteous and figured out the problem and had a new subpump to install. So these guys saved me an emergency callout a couple weeks back by giving some advice over the phone, so I thought having them out to check on the pressure tank would be a good follow up call as it is getting quite old.Crew showed up on time, professional with handshakes and no beating around the bush when providing estimates on replacement costs.Will be setting up a job for some new components in the near future.Also wanted to comment on the communication with the company. The phone was answered promptly on a weekend. Follow up emails and texts confirming appointment time were received and appreciated. The day of the appointment arrived and I received a text and email advising that the crew was en-route and a link to track their location in real time was provided so I was totally prepared for their arrival.In a nutshell, this company seems to be on the ball with their service delivery. If this is consistent service then they are setting the standard.

Adrian was professional and very experienced. Would give him the highest satisfaction rating possible. The office staff are also friendly and very empathetic (Laura and Katie). Would use Eastman plumbing again and highly recommend!

Eastman Plumbing created a basement washroom, as well as several other smaller updates. I would absolutely recommend and Love the finished product!!!

I had a wonderful experience with Eastman's, they just finished our septic rebuild. They handled all aspects of this project so professionally as it was something that needed to be done quickly before the ground froze over. I had the owner over to do the quote and was so lovely to speak with and was able to get a completed estimate to me within a couple days of being there. I know this is a busy time for all small businesses especially with Christmas upon us but they dealt with everything so well, I haven't the slightest clue about septic tanks but I was glad they walked me through every step . I'm so pleased with the work they have done and would highly recommend them to anyone!Thank you Eastman Plumbing! Kudos to the Owner and his techs that did this wonderful work for us !

I was very pleased with all the services provided. James came and looked at the bathroom of my early 50s winterized cottage. It needed a full renovation. Chris and Richard came and gutted the bathroom ( but left the toilet usable for the time being.). They did a great job of the dry wall, ceiling, new pot lights and a fan and a new floor They did an absolutely wonderful job of my walk-in shower. The tiling is wonderful. Adrian and Jon did a great job with the plumbing. A new sink and new toilet. I apologize for the cobwebs in the crawl space. Everyone was so pleasant and easy to work with. They were very experienced and did a great job and I am ecstatic with the results. I would recommend them to anyone.
