Just like the previous review… I agree… they never pick up the phone! I’ve been trying to reach the office for over a week…. The CLSC also tried contacting the doctor for 2 day with no response….They should stop toying with people’s lives… if you don’t want to help your patients then just tell them you don’t want them as patients!

Best doctor ever, patient and cares about your health, the whole team cares, they follow up, and are deeply concerned. My wife and I really believe in Dr. Karellis.

Amazing staff and excellent doctor. During COVID19, follow-up has been phenomenal. He listens and informs you very well.

Terrible doctor with zero concern for his patients. Zero follow up, does not review lab results, never returns calls. My mom is now is now in critical condition with colon cancer and he never picked it up: absolute disgrace. He should lose his license.

Dr Karelis was a good doctor. He took time for his patients despite long waits to see him. Unfortunately over a year or 2 ago he is unreachable as a result that my relatives' and other people's health got worse to a point that these people needed to get hospitalized. A family member of mine was waiting for some results which we never got and after reaching him and going to his office there's no one that answers. We ended up getting another doctor in emergency order to get the proper treatments for a deteriorating health situation. This doctor now does not seem to respect the Hippocratic Oath and is lacking of medicine ethics. We seriously considering file a complain to the doctor college of Quebec.

Was once a great Dr.But since his secretary decides who is his wife, who will SEE the Dr. or NOT is terrible and unprofessional.. If I could I wouldn't even put a STAR...Lack of answering the phone and when they do very rude...There is no point of having a family Dr. if you can't get an appointment to see him.. AND when you get through, answer is if your not dieing you could wait.. I wounder is the secretary a Dr.?Disgusting......Well won't be seeing him again after so many years.. He should consider to get another secretary because I'm not the only one that feels this way. Got a better Dr.. praise the Lord..

Great Doctor, but the secretary never answers the phone, you can call 100000 times over and over again and no one answers the phone, how can you get treated if no one picks up the phone.
