I have used this printer on multiple occasions and I am disappointed in the level of service I receive everytime. It is impossible to get an answer from anyone regarding the status of your order and when you do get an answer it is always a lie and you are treated very rudely. Every job I have had with this company has been days late without any warning or explanation. I would not recommend this printer to anyone.I will not be using them again.

The worst customer service ever. I order one size and got totally different size that I need to throw to the garbage and they told me that this is my fault ...Do not use them
