Friendly, helpful staff. Community minded. Supportive of their local animal sanctuaries in hosting bake sales and raffles in store to help raise money for the cost of looking after the animals in their care.

The staff a friendly and helpful but it's products are limited due to the size. I give it two stars for convenience but rarely shop here. Update my most recent experience here was very good. They had my puppy food in stock while Port Perry didn't.

Great selection of food, equipment, toys, and clothes for all your pets. Want to try something new? Not sure if it will fit or work? They have a very good returns policy. And the opportunity to find a new feline friend via local cat rescue groups. Worthy of your support.

You really can't beat their product knowledge and customer service. A power outage caused their POS to fail. The owner gave" us $100 item(Mutluks) and asked us to pay later !Outstanding service!"

I would highly recommend this Pet Valu store, all staff are super kind and helpful. The store is spacious and clean with lots of choice. More, there are some kittens from different rescue centres that can be adopted and I have adapted one today. My whole family are very happy with our new member. I would like to give a special thanks the lady who took the cat from outside to the store for us.

Everything you need for your pets! Lots of dog food options and a whole aisle for cats too! The staff are super friendly and will offer your furry friends treats if you bring them shopping with you.
