Pizza Time

I can't even explain the great service and food. Omg the pizza it amazing. Chris and Ashley are beautiful. Their care for guests are honest and solid. Best zaa ever

Never again. Never again will I waste my hard earned money on this place. Camille, oh how we miss you! This place has changed hands. It used to be great! The food was always good and it was ready when they said it would be. It is not worth a visit now. They are very friendly, though, otherwise I would have given them a score of 1. I have eaten take out there twice since it changed hands and have been very disappointed both times. The food took a LOT longer than they said it would. The first time, when we showed up to pick it up, when they said it would be ready, we had to wait for 15 minutes because part of our order hadn't even been cooked yet! The second time we showed up, when they said it would be ready, and again, had to wait for 15 minutes. (Total of 40 min after ordering). We ended up with under cooked fried chicken and floppy fries, just barely past frozen, and a mediocre overcooked pizza. Both times. We are done with Pizza Time. We'd rather have peanut butter and jam sandwiches for supper than spend anymore money there.

Best pizza in the Passage in my opinion. Food is not as consistent as with the previous ownership but still excellent. The service is awesome

Pizza was fantastic, but it's also worth mentioning how personable the staff are. Took my young son in with me and they gave him a candy and were just super upbeat and friendly. In a time where the 'get you in, get you out' mentality is the default for many businesses, it's really refreshing to visit places like Pizza Time who go the extra mile to deliver a positive buying experience.

We did not have a good expirience with pizza time, I'm confused by all these good reviews. We ordered a large pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni and a gluten free Hawaiian pizza and four donair dips and two drinks. The pizza was ready in a good amount of time, the driver was friendly. The pizza was not good, my gluten free pizza was raw, and considering it costs $17 I expected more. My husband said his pizza was ok, maybe try again but will likely move on. The driver forgot to give us our Dips and came back, I sent my pizza back with him and I was refunded. I am happy with the level of service but not the product.

A gem indeed. Polite and helpful staff. It was easy to place my phone order and pick up time in order in advance. Highly recommend supporting local businesses like Pizza Time during this difficult year. Thank you, we will return :)

Always delicious.Edit:4 years later and still delicious. Their pizza is always amazing, and my daughter loves the little bread dough balls they use instead of the little white plastic thingys. The donair is hands down the best in the city. Spicy but not too spicy and sliced nice and thin. Plus they are always super friendly. They included a free chocolate bar in our last delivery order, was very sweet and my kiddo was thrilled!

This is our go to Pizza place! We just moved out of eastern passage and it’s one of the things we’ll miss the most! I can for see some longer drives to grab some Denise garlic rolls and a pizza in the future.

Visiting from out of town and this place was recommended to me for the best donair in Dartmouth and wow! Did not disappoint! The meat has a great spice and flavour to it and the food wasn’t heavy or greasy in the slightest bit. Will definitely be back!
