Super inconsistent. They don't put the names of the sandwich meats you buy on the bags. They slice it all so randomly. If you enjoy small and huge slices of the same meat this place is perfect.

Unique experience like going to a old butcher shop atmosphere. Grocery store prices higher than the big stores, but community based.Most people don't know this store, prepares large meat orders for Northern Communities, which assists people who don't have the convenience of a corner grocery store.Great staff, good parking, facility has what community needs. Under new management, haven't had a chance to drop by yet.

Not sure why people are downgrading this place because of the new owners. The previous management let their staff have their cellphones at checkout. Not great work ethic! More customer service orientated now! Also the store is organized, priced and cleaner.

Was driving by and saw the sign in the parking lot for steaks on sale. Went in and bought some as well as some other meat that was on sale.The staff behind the butcher counter were very friendly.The meat was very good quality and much better than you would get at a regular grocery store. Although I didn't need any groceies I just looked at some of prices of things. Most seemed more expensive than the bigger chain grocery stores.But the trip into the store was well worth it for the meat.Will definitely return.

Found the meat shop to have good prices and sizeable portions. Per the grocery it’s not a place that I’d try and do a big shop at as is a smaller store for such. Did find that some items were less expensive than other places I shop.

New owners …. I wish I could give 0 stars , incomplete order and wasted half hour for price on pre ordered package kept trying to tell them the price but they insisted to speak to a manager first. Stay as far away from this mess as the new owners have absolutely destroyed the reputation that they had for years. I’d go to tenderloin meats on main or marchellos meats in st V for the best quality meats. Harris meats lost my business for life and all of my family and friends.

I gave 2 stars because I couldn't give 3 stars as that would be too generous, 2.5 would be more accurate.The positives - has some of the best meats in the city when they get a good batch". Beef is excellent and bacon is great
