If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. They are very responsive to my questions and have been very professional. They are giving me updates on every step of the process. Answers your questions clearly and concisely. I inquired about their NBI services in March 5, 2021. On March 29, 2021 I received word that my NBI clearance is mailed and is on transit with tracking number as their services stated. Even with the pandemic my NBI clearance still arrived on schedule, if not a little bit earlier than expected. Their office is in Toronto and I live in Edmonton, but there is constant communication which makes waiting a lot less anxiety-provoking. Kudos to this team. Shout out to Jovielyn. She is amazing.
