It was my first time using Furnace Fellas services, They definitely lived up to our expectations. I reached out for a quote initially to install a tap. The work was completed quicker and cost less than quoted which I was extremely happy with. We had issues with our sum pump as it was overflowing but then I came across Furnace Fellas and decided to give them a call. They quickly came and assessed the issue. They were very kind to explain everything and made sure I understood as well. They repaired the pipe and stayed as well to ensure it worked! Exceptional service!! Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

These guys are awesome! My elderly mother's furnace quit in December right before the first cold snap. Furnace Fellas came out right away to check it out. They diagnosed her old furnace as junk and had her up running in a new furnace within a day, for a very affordable cost.Almost three months' later and she is still toasty warm with no issues.Absolutely the best!!We appreciate the honest, prompt and reasonably priced service and would highly recommend.

Came home to a leak in the basement. We caé@lled Need a Plumber and they were at our house within a couple of hrs. Super friendly, super helpful and fixed the leak in our pipe right away! Luckily it was an easy fix and the price was very affordable, especially since it was a surprise expense. We are very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Furnace Fellas to anybody!

Furnace Fellas team are the most trustworthy plumber I have ever met. They were extremely patient in listening to the problems with my sump pump even after numerous interventions from various plumbers. They were very knowledgeable about the mechanisms of sump pump, the nature of the problems , and the solutions to them. They were honest and considerate in suggesting the several options in resolving the issues including the parts, estimated time for the work, and the cost for parts/labor for each scenario. I am so relieved to meet such an excellent and professional plumber . I would definitely hire Furnace Fellas and recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing work.

We hired Furnace Fellas when we noticed we had issues with both our sump pumps. Furnace Fellas team were able to install both pumps the very next day . We also shot two short videos of the pumps working well.In addition, we had indoor plumbing work done in the house, and they promptly picked up the needed cartridge from the supplier.
