Great place. Wonderful staff. We saw the artwork on the wall and got the interesting story about all the Canadian symbols and how to make maple syrup from a lovely lady who works here.

Slow and always screwing up orders, yes it is possible to screw up a double double somehow, CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE DRIVING AWAY, THERES A GOOD CHANCE ITS WRONG

Worst ever experience with this Tim Hortons. Took 5 minutes to get acknowledged. I was the only customer in the store. As I leaving in discuss. A customer seen the poor service and also left.

Great place very friendly staff and great selection of snacks. Just a side note there are fruit flies in the donut display and they are sitting on the donuts please take care of it.

I know anywhere I go in Cobourg Tims staff are great. But have to give a shout out to this location. I’ve always found this location to be the friendly and best spot to get my coffee fix. I don’t know why but everything is always exactly how I expect it and served with a smile. Which is not always east these days with how hard it is to find staff and to deal with difficult customers.

There’s an Asian guy who works there who try’s to scam ppl for the change back. I handed him 9$ for a 7.50$ order. He took my money handed me my food and drink and says “have a nice day” expecting me to drive away without my money back. This was not a mistake as I saw him do this to this customer in-front of me as-well. I don’t mind leave a dollar here and there but this needs to be adressed. Customers should have the option if they wanna tip.

Service is great. The young servers were polite and outgoing. I don't eat there often, but everytime I do I'm disappointed in the quality. The coffee was tasty though!

On sunday early evening this food restaurant was filthy. The floors were covered with dirt and packaging materials. The tables- all of them- were covered in food particles and liquids. We had to ask the order taker for a cloth.Later my wife found a maggot type worm on her shoes.A very bad experience.
