I went in before 6am. Early bird $22 for the day. Lots of spaces. Signage is not bad for directing me into park and later to exit. Paying machines are fairly easy and straight forward. Facility is well lit and clean. Unfortunately, no receipt is issued. Upon leaving, the machine at the exit gate will keep your ticket.

There are multiple levels for parking, it’s convenient, and there’s good signage in the lot. You can only enter and exit through Shuter Street. You cannot turn into the garage from Yonge Street (there are signs that indicates no left/right turns). When exiting, there are signs that you can only go straight (onto Shuter Street)This parking lot spirals a lot. When you enter, you will be driving in an upwards spiral. It is one way. Drive carefully. You will obtain a parking stub once you’re in the garage and you will pay when you leave at a pay station. The parking lot is directly connected to Eaton Centre and you can take the elevator down to retail levels. The parking lot is not 100% enclosed. The rate is $12.75 per hour and max $26 from 8:30AM to midnight on weekdays. There is an early bird discount if you arrive between 5AM - 8:30AM. Weekday parking downtown averages between $20-$30.

Parking here is actually highway robbery. Parked to return something and came back out to a 28 dollar parking bill. I didn’t actually check prices given it’s a MALL. My mistake. Cost more to return the item then the item itself ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Parked on P2 which was okay. First machine I tried to pay at was out of order. At the exit, two people were assisting as the gates weren’t opening properly. The attendant inserted my parking voucher, and after paying, had to call the other attendant on the Help button to open the gate. Equipment needs some updating.

Can’t believe this place doesn’t have signage to direct people how to get into the parking garage after hours.

Great parking garage. 28$ for 3 hours parking a little on the higher side but what can you do when you want to park downtown.Paying machines are pretty easy to use.

Eaton is a big mall, with three levels, lots of shops, but not too much variety. Their department stores are too small, probably because this is downtown. The food court has an excellent ramen shop for a mall, Sansotei ramen. They had average prices, but their Tan Tan ramen was flavorful and spicy. I can imagine that their other options must be good too. There is also a nice Boba tea shop called Benkei Hime, with their own signature drinks. That store alone deserves a dedicated review.Outside the mall it's a mess. Avoid the weird people and go elsewhere; I would prefer to use only the Queen street exit (avoid Yonge-Dundas).

It is good to go back to the Eaton" Centre though why it is called Eaton Centre is a mystery "Eatons shut down decades ago". Even with Detla wave starting everything was open."

This is the most popular shopping mall in Toronto. It is Downtown and heart of the city. And it is SUCH A SHAME!!!! Did you visit the washroom????? OMG….. I’m traveling around the world and I didn’t see that kind of condition of dirtiness and that SMEEL!… Disgusting.Parking dirty, empty coffee cups, plastic bottles, cigaret bins everywhere. Didn’t find any garbage bin - maybe that’s why..?! I didn’t buy anything because they didn’t had my size and I paid 25$ for parking…. Seriously?..Elevator glass is dirty, but it is located inside the building, so what the problem to keep it clean?..Shame, shame, SHAME!..
