We have been taking our little dog Marvin there for daycare and boarding about 2 years now. The staff there are amazingly wonderful and they really get to know my dog. Marvin was a bit nervous and hesitant when he started, but now he would just voluntarily walk into the gate to greet the staff, so nice to see that!My dog is older and they always make sure he is okay throughout the day and let me know when I pick him up. Thank you for all you do to take care of Marvin, we really appreciate that!

Love this place! My dog always has a great time. She stayed with them for over a month in the summer while I traveled. They said I could email for updates and they posted pictures on Facebook of the dogs. Great place.

We originally had a reservation at another kennel and went to check it out (before we left our puppy with them for the week). We were disgusted by how the other kennel 'took care' of the dogs and how you had to pay extra for outside play time. The dogs were completely neglected and locked up all day. We are SO HAPPY we found out about Pet Pampering and felt completely comfortable leaving our Shiba puppy in their hands. He was excited to go back for his next visit, which says it all!!

Have been taking our dogs here for day care and boarding for years. Three different dogs over the years with very different personalities. Each dog was cared for in a way suitable to their personalities. It is great to have a place to take your dog where you know they will be well taken care of.

Totally disappointed. I left my dog for 15 days in excellent conditions and when I pick him up today I received him very sick with diarrhea and blood in his feces, two wounds in his face and also smelling very bad when I asked for a bath a day before to pick him up.Also, the food container was broken and nobody respond. I called to talk to the manager and was’t able to answer. The person who picked up the phone only said that I need to write an email. Very poor customer service.Definitely I don’t recommend this place. I hope my dog don’t get worse and have a good recovery soon.

Our dog loves going to pet pampering. The staff there are friendly and really get to know your dog. They help with behaviors and offer suggestions. Very affordable and love that the dogs are outside every day, rather than cooped up in a tiny room like in most doggy day cares.

Awesome place to take your dog for the day or to board. They ensure all dogs are up to date with their vaccines and they work with all the dogs and their different demeanors to make sure all of the dogs are secure while staying there.
