Great experience with Jack for my dryer repair. Returned my call within an hour, was able to discuss what the issue was over the phone and received what proved to be an accurate estimate for repair :) Rate was better than another company I priced out and he was able to service our dryer 2 days earlier than them too. Not only that, he was very punctual, friendly, and provided tips for maintenance. We will definitely use Jack's again in the future.

I just had Jack come and repair my washing machine, and was blown away by his professionalism. He mentioned this was a common issue for my washer, and gave me information to help me try and get some of the money back from the repair. I would absolutely recommend Jack to anyone.

I have had to call him a couple of times, and I must say he is excellent. He never over charges and, the thing I appreciate the most, is that he doesn't try to talk me into repairs I don't need. Instead he offers suggestions on how to avoid the issues in the future, and is not afraid to tell me if the repair cost is worth it or not. With repairman, I think trust is the most important part, and I completely trust Jack's appliance service to deal with me honestly.

Jack is knowledgable, prompt, efficient, professional. Answers his phone, returns messages, arrives promptly for appointments. He assessed the issue with our appliance, told us where to order the correct OEM replacement part at a good price, performed all the necessary repairs. We will call him again if we need appliance repairs.
