If you bring anything to get fixed, make sure you take pictures of the unit before you give it to them and also get them to do a quick review of wrong with the unit and what they plan to fix in writing. I brought in a lift jack that had a small oil seal leak and it came back with a bent hydraulic pin what they say they can't fix as the part is no longer available. The UNIT is Now Trash. They said I must had broken it getting out of my truck, but they also said it looks like it was hit with a mallet. We had used the jack the previous day and it was fine except of the small leak. SO I guess my friend and I Hit it with a mallet when we dropped it off while the woman wasn't looking.NOT A GOOD PLACE. Should have known when I asked for a Receipt and they said it wasn't needed as they had my phone number. I think there may be a scam to sell new jacks thinking people don't know what is wrong in the first place.

I have a very busy tire shop in Moncton, and we use Precision Hydraulics exclusively for repairs on our Coats brand tire changers and balancers. Over the years, Precision Hydraulics has consistently made technicians available for my needs, whether it be for an urgent repair, or simply getting a quote on a part for an old machine. Every interaction I have had with the team at Precision Hydraulics (and there have been many!) has been professional, courteous and very straightforward. Repairs on this kind of equipment are expensive, but Precision Hydraulics always surprises me with the very reasonable labor rates and competitive parts pricing. James the technician has visited my shop on numerous occasions, diagnosed every issue and advised me on the best course of action for my machines.They get the job done right, every time. Great service, and great prices. 10/10, would recommend.

Went there to get a couple of parts for my coats tire changer. They had the parts in stock. The staff is very knowledgeable and very friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone

He was knowledgeable with any questions we had and worked efficiently avoiding unnecessary downtime in our shop. Added bonus: he was also very pleasant and polite! We’re very impressed!
