Horrible establishement, for your own good stay away.Signed up for Arabic classes and it is super dependent on if they can find another student at the same level as you.They took my money, then told me the start date had been postponed by a week.Later they say the teacher can not attend the classes AT ALL and they will be cancelled.Now they say it will take 3 weeks to get a refund?!? Such a scam, I don’t even think I’ll get my money back.

Warning for all international students! If you do not yet have your visa, consider the fact that if you get refused, you might wait more than 3 months before you get refunded for the course. The promise was 3 weeks. After 3 weeks, I called them. They told me that it might take 4-6 weeks. After 6 weeks, I called again and was told that finance department is processing my refund, there is no reason for worrying and I will get my money back any time soon. I kept calling every 2-3 days and got the same answer. All in all, it took 15 weeks...

I had a difficulty to understand your website, very few informations. As the hours of classes, and if you offer online classes.I tried to help my nephew with more information after his inscription. But I'm really disappointed of the website. Most of Canadian site the have an option to change language french or English... But not yours.I'm lucky I speak English but what about French people.

It 's a great experience to be in LAB. A lot of friends from China , Mexico , Colombia and many Other countries in North America.Great Teachers with awesome teaching tips.very nice campus makes it very easy to get new friends.

I’ve had an incredible experience at LAB!!! Right from the first day! When I first started I have no background in French. My professor Thav gave me and my classmates the best learning environment where we not only learned the basics of the language, but developed a passion to further pursue our study in French.

Great Languages center! Teachers and staff are very professional and help us have a fun experience while learning a new language. I learned both English and French at the LAB and this opened many doors in my life. I’m very grateful and happy with the whole experience I had. I recommend the LAB to my friends and people who want to learn a new language in a fun environment and make friends from everywhere around the world. I really had an amazing experience! Thank you!

(french intensive program: level 0) Really good pacing and hours. Holistic in that there is sufficient focus on phonetics which are often neglected in other language courses. There's an exam each Friday which forces you to be prepared. Overall great program.
