he was very respectable and profeshinal...he could not believe that your prior employee never removed a single return air or register...he worked really hard and would not accept the checque...so i will get it in the mail real soon. hopefully you dont employ the original guy we had....that was a ripoff.He would not even stop for a coffee...and had the heat on as soon as he could...thank him for us. Kris was knowledgable efficient and pleasant. He got straight to work and got the job done well. We were very pleased with his work. Next time we need our furnace and ductwork cleaned we will be hoping kris will be the technician.We also had him come and clean the furnace and ductwork in our church. We were very pleased with the work he did there as well! Before he left he made sure everything was put back in place. The church was left nice and clean. Highly recommend

Job well done! Kris got everything cleaned and sanitized. He text me in the morning saying he was going to be 15 minutes late but he is on his way. I don't think he was even that late. I asked how long it would take (2 hours) and he was done in that time. Very professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend and will contact them again when I need my vents cleaned.

Our appointment was this morning. Cory arrived a bit early but that was not a problem. He was excellent with our rather large dog who gets stressed when strangers are in the house. He let her decide it was okay that he be there after she followed him around the house, and all was well. We had been told on an earlier service that the dryer vents couldn’t be cleaned because it is vented under the deck. Cory assured me that it isn’t an issue and it does get done from inside. Thanks for setting my mind at ease. He was personable, efficient, said the ducts weren’t bad except for dog fur ( dog is an new addition since the last service) and got the job done. Thanks so much.

Had my vents cleaned..blown out..since my pipes r bent ones he couldn't use brush or anything to wipe them down. I would have thought as pros they would have some kind of apparatus to clean them properly. I am sure they were blown out pretty good but can't see that doing a proper job. My place is pretty new and small . I thought the price was high for 30 min. of cleaning. With set up and everything not even an hour. I was told it would take at least 2 hours. Worker was very polite and friendly. He can only work with the tools he is given.
