GoodLife Fitness Airdrie Towerlane Centre

The gym is overall amazing; plenty of equipment and space to accommodate everyone.However I have had many experiences where the front desk is empty, where the handful of staff could be seen having long conversations with eachother in various places around the gym or on their phones… There have been times where I’ve had to wait upwards of 5-10 minutes just to get a towel.

Talked to a sales guy named Josh on the weekend to renew my membership. Had a very pleasent experience. It's hard to find service like this now adays, will definetly come back. Also, the dude had huge triceps.

Great club! The whole facility has been updated. NEW Management has worked hard on the service and the quality of their members' experience. The front desk is always friendly and smiling when you come in for your workouts!

Good location with helpful staff! Lots of space and usually lots of availability on the stations and machines. No sauna but everything you need to have a good workout!

We love this branch as it very big, it have a great variety of machines, massage chairs, among other things, and pretty near Calgary specially if you live in the northeast.

fairly new and clean. The locker rooms have good space to change. The work out area are well spread. One of the few places have steam room.

Great establishment. Friendly staff and above and beyond cleaning staff. Every night that I’m in around 10-11pm I see Daniel and sim work tirelessly to keep the gym clean. Great work guys!

This gym has most things you need but is old and starting to shown its age. Many of the treadmills don’t work most days. The steam room has been out of service since I joined. Now the mens bathroom is out of service too and everyone is direct the other single toilet. Not sure what the problem is as staff won’t say. Gym is usually busy so don’t think its a money problem. Hopefully corporate will step in at some point but if you scroll down it has been a problem for a long while.Update: the manager reached out and clearly monitors reviews. I’ve been assured a long term fix is coming and they are actively working the problem. I’ve learned that a present and engaging management team in businesses like this make a real difference so I am optimistic.
