Evolve Chiropractic & Wellness Centre 8th Avenue

I have been seeing two therapists at the clinic for deep tissue massage, Andrea Sobkow & Alecia Ostermann for 5 years now and Rob McSwain for physiotherapy / dry needling for the last three years. I was involved in a sports accident 20 years ago and have been receiving both types of treatments from other therapists in the city. These three therapists have been able to give me relief from the pain I was in for so many years as well as show me what was needed to strengthen my muscles to get me back doing the activities that I like. These are top quality professionals like no other in the city. I highly recommend them to help, you will not regret it!

Love going here as I always see Michelle for my botox injections to help with my jaw clenching issues. She does such a great job and I definitely notice a difference, no more sore teeth! The staff are also so welcoming and love that the location is accessible through +15. I highly recommend going here for your beauty and wellness needs!

It was difficult to give a rating as I had both a positive and negative experience in regards to two different treatments.So, firstly, Michelle (nurse injector) was incredibly nice, she really listens to what your goals are and overall just an incredible experience - she gets an absolute 5/5.I also had a massage with a RMT (Kayla or Kyla?) and unfortunately I have had neck stiffness and constant headaches for the week since. I left feeling more tense than when I had arrived, and unfortunately my muscles still haven't relaxed since. I'll be going elsewhere to hopefully have this sorted out. 1/5**edited to add: headaches and muscle spasms still present, having to see specialists to fix.BEWARE. This one massage has cause significant damage. I do not recommend this massage therapist.

Dr. Ryan McDonald is the best! He is knowledgeable and personable and put mind at ease for my first chiropractic appointment as I was very nervous. I have had two treatments and the pain I have been experienced is lessened and he also gave me a brace, and exercises to do at home. Thanks Dr. McDonald!

I just had lip filler treatment done by Michelle, she did an AMAZING job! I absolutely love how they turned out. She was so knowledgeable, kind, and thoughtful to my time and expectations. She ensured I was happy with my results and I will definitely be seeing her for all of my filler and Botox needs!

I’ve been seeing Michelle at this location for a while now and she always makes me feel so comfortable and welcomed! She does an amazing job with my routine botox touch-ups and I always get compliments on my lip fillers for how natural and plump they look! Honestly cannot rave enough about this girl. It was my first time at Evolve. My therapist was Alecia. She did a great job with my massage and was very friendly. The space is well located, if you work downtown, and was very nice. The reception staff was also friendly. Will definitely be back!

I highly recommend the Evolve Chiropractic & Wellness Centre. I have had the pleasure of visiting Andrea Sobkow for massage therapy and she has done wonders on my neck and back pain. She is knowledgeable about muscles, recovery, and is a master of her trade. She is a pleasure to visit and truly cares about her clients well being.I also visit Rob Macswain who has helped me after a knee injury from running. After a few weeks of treatment I was running my personal best and feeling stronger than ever! Rob provides relief through dry needling, and individual curated exercises. He is extremely knowledgeable in physiotherapy and provides outstanding care.I can not say enough good things about Andrea and Rob- you have to visit them if you care about health, wellness and living your best life in your best body!

My initial visit with Rob was fantastic. He is clearly incredibly knowledgeable, offering lots of super specific shoulder rehab ideas, plans and modalities that I haven’t ever heard before. I’ve been through the ringer with Physio’s over the last few years, and I finally feel like Rob knows his stuff well enough to help me recover and feel comfortable getting back to tip-top shape.
