I would give 0 stars if possible or even lower.... I was not told shoes on sale cannot be returned. Only exchange or Geox credit. Really? Why is that? And how come employees forget to mention this to customers? Unhappy and dissapointed customer...

Very bad customer service! I asked one of the Geox employees for help as I was planning to buy my baby’s first pair of shoes. The employee made it clear she did not want to help me and I was bothering her. She was too busy taping a box. When I asked her a question she gave me vague answer. First time I went to this store and definitely won’t be coming back. Too bad because I was looking forward to buying my baby’s first pair of shoe.

Worst customer service , two time try to join them, 25 minute waiting with an stupide message that repeat. and after 25 minutes they cut the call.If I can give them any star is that better.
