Ok selection. I wish the prices were better. Stock isnt always in which is a bit of a downer when you've got your heart set on something and you're told to come back.

Would NOT recommend coming to this store or shopping there. My mom bought me a hat about 2 weeks ago, just before I went on a golf trip. She ended up getting me the wrong size so I didn’t end up using the hat. When I got back from my trip, I went to this location the kids lids, where I was greeted by a young lady. I explain to her that I didn’t use the hat and that I was just looking for a refund. They proceeded to laugh at me and be very rude and disrespectful towards me. they told me they were unable to refund my hat because the stickers were no longer on it. I asked to speak with the manager he said his name was Travis don’t know if that’s his real name, but he said he was the store manager, He was very rude and disrespectful also towards me, he said he was not gonna refund my hat and sarcastically saying that I should go down the hall to the other lids. So I did where I was greeted by Roman He was very helpful and was able to refund my hat. I would not recommend going to this kids lids. the store manager is very unprofessionaI and disrespectful, He should NOT be the store manager. If you’re looking for better customer service and for someone to help you out when looking for a hat. I would take the walk down the hall to the main lids and go see Roman he will help you out. Would NOT recommend kids lids.

Been buying and wearing hats and sporty clothes for many years always go to lids and the lids locker room store in lime ridge is wear you can find all your jerseys as well as hats ,coats t-shirts ect the other store is just called lids only sells hats ,only thing I dont like is I prefer buying online from lids you will get amazing deals that the store never offers and especially the size of selection you have to choose from click on the site go to the sale option then pick either NBA NFL NHL or baseball and you will see the huge variety of stuff they have up to 80% off just bought couple more jerseys the site is like a marshalls or winners keep checking every week will have new stuff to choose from

I bought a couple hats at Lids a few weeks ago. The color from the peak of one of the hats bled onto the rest of the hat, and it became discolored. I brought the hat to the store today, and no questions asked, they exchanged it for me. I'd never seen that happen to a hat before, so I was extremely pleased that the staff (Hunter), looked it over, apologized, and told me to find a new hat.It's always a good experience there, as the staff just let's you browse, without hounding you. Was very happy with the excellent customer service today, and want to give credit where it's due. Much appreciated.

Lids Locker Room in limeridge mall is honestly the best lids out there! Amazing staff that in my opinion does the best embroidery! Always a great time talking to chase about jerseys or to Zinan about how amazing Michael bunting is! It’s truly an amazing experience!

Staff embroidered this red hat for us to match with my sons blue hat that we bought at the other Lids store.

Designed my own crest for baseball team for hats. Great experience very helpful and patient. I designed what I wanted they were able to come up with a design and then we tweaked it a couple of times based on what their program was able to do. Selected the colour scheme and tweaked that a couple times based on hat colour and how it looked on a computer screen. The final product came out excellent. The staff were excellent during the whole process. The manager was pleased also because some of the staff had never experienced this process before so it was great hands on training which was initiated all while the manager was not there. Great job by all thx.
