Wow, and I mean WOW, those receptionists are extremely rude.. BUT, the doctors, nurses and all other employees are so extremely kind. I’m sorry for the 2 rating but while sitting in the waiting room I witnessed some seriously awful behaviour from the receptionist to these poor women coming in. These women are already nervous enough and I’m sure they feel horrible. The last thing they need is for the receptionists to Talk to them like they’re garbage, put them down for their lack of English, give them extremely rude attitude and demands. It’s just not right. The frustration that they portrayed on these poor women, it’s confusing why. Do you not like your job? Do you feel authoritative? Are you judging these women? Whatever the answer is, you should not be working there. Harsh, I know, But not even close as harsh as how these women are treated when they walk in.But again, I have to repeat, the doctors and all the nurses were nothing short of amazing, kind and nurturing

Be prepared to wait a bit longer than expected and wear something comfortable. The nurses that you see when you go in for the procedure are really nice to you and they try their best to make sure you have an easy and safe experience. The nurse that is in the recovery room is extremely nice! She’s always checking on you to make sure you are good and has a down to earth personality. My experience here was easy and good. I felt like I was treated with respect and care.

The doctor is so nice and kind. She really feel me like I’m talking to my family member. The rest of the staff, I would rate me 7/10 but the doctor V.G is 10000/10

I have used this clinic in the past (January) and the staff were fantastic! Including the receptionists.Until I called today.I was directed by my local womens clinic to call BWC because I has a failed MA and I am experiencing signs of infection and required a surgical procedure asap (July 8th). My local clinics systems were down due to the internet outage so i was directed by the receptionist at BWC to send all the paperwork that my local clinic gave me via email. The receptionist called me back, and called me by name. She said she could get me in on Tuesday (July 12, 4 days later). I asked if it was safe to wait that long as I am expierencing signs of infection and she snapped what do you mean signs of infection?". I told her it was all in the paper work I sent to the clinic. She essentially told me it was my fault for waiting this long because she tried called me last week to book my surgical appointment. I asked her if she had the right person as the date she told me she recieved paperwork was the day I had my MA at my local clinic and again she said yes and she has tried calling me and left a voice mail. Confused

throwaway account obviouslybut i went here for a procedure and it was very smooth. my appointment was at 8.45 but they let me up at 8 am. i completed my forms and paid (i don’t have insurance so i paid cash) i waited for about 20 minutes for the doctor to resume. everyone was really sweet and friendly. talked to me through the procedure and even walked me to my seat when i was feeling woozy. gave me something to drink to replenish my energy and allowed me chill for some time before i was allowed to leave. top tier service in my opinion. sorry to everyone that had a bad experience.

This place is trash. I called to ask a question and the receptionist was very rude and unpleasant. You need to reevaluate the people you hire. Bloor west village women’s clinic is way better and higher rated. Take a look.
