I was referred to Kleanse by a local business and given a promotional discount for a first time visit. After a great consult with the owner Kim my treatment was the “Kleansed Up Facial”. She used products that soothed my sensitive skin and cleared up a number of extractions. My skin glowed for days!

Let me start with saying that I will follow Kim wherever she leaves to. I go to facials at different cities and countires looking for the best service, treatment, and results. I have to say, I keep going back to Kim. She takes her time with you as if the session won't end, every stroke of her touch is intentional and meaningful. I hate massages usually, but Kim's massages that she incorporates during facials are out of this world. With all of the professional knowledge and help that Kim combines with her exceptional services, her treatments bring RESULTS. It's been over a week now since our latest treatment, and my skin feels so even and soft, that I don't know how I lived with my previous skin before Kim. Kim welcomed me with a big smile on her face. As she was doing my facial, she would explain every step to make sure I knew what was going on. The room was cozy, the music and the scent were perfect and it was a very relaxing experience in general. I will definitely go back. 10 out of 10.

The location is very easy to find with lots of pay parking. Easy to access by bus. It's in a relaxing neighborhood with lots of pedestrians and cyclists enjoying the Granville Island area. Kim is a talented skin care professional. She gives her all to her clients! You can't help but see how much she cares about you. I've been going to Kim since she first opened Kleanse and I can't recommend her enough.
