The level of customer service is extremely high with this company. Deji was extremely helpful and took his time to thoroughly go over all our options with us. We ended up getting help from a family member to pay out loan off but had we not have been able to I would've gone through with a consumer loan with Bromwich and Smith with Deji handling things for us. I highly recommend Bromwich and Smith if you need debt specialist services! Deji went above and beyond as well and I would highly recommend him. Couldn't have had a better experience.

From the first part of filling out a form online. Then a quick response from the office and a virtual meeting and filling. I was living paycheck to paycheck and decided that I couldn't keep going on like that. I'm so glad I got the chance to work things out.

I have had issues with my money for a while a drove myself in a large about of debt trying to make ends meet. I am trying to learn from my mistakes so I got in contact with Credit Counselling Society and they directed me to a company that I could trust called Bromich+Smith.I originally was going to go through a consumer proposal, and Adam, a trustee, educated me on the whole process and walked me through the contract. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions with such a nice tone.I could not afford the consumer proposal unfortunately so I had to look into bankruptcy, which Randi educated me in and I feel like I learned so much from her.When I talked to the trustee Rick he gave me so much information on the steps of bankruptcy and patiently went through the contract with me. After my appointment with Rick, he sent me an overview of what we went through and contact information just in case I had an questions a long the way.If you are having trouble financially and really need help, I highly suggest you reach out. They are very helpful.
