Excellent Service, Very Knowledgeable Caring Staff ! They let me know that they will service my e-bike, and my wife's e-bike. FYI, I have e-bike with Shimano drive and technologies, wife has e-bike with Bosch drive and technologies. Yep , Doug's Spoke 'N Sport will be seeing Me again as a customer ;)

Unreal Experience.After finally deciding to take the plunge and stop renting equipment in the mountains, I headed into Doug's.Not only did they answer my million questions - but they took the time to show me different equipment and explain the pros and cons of everything, while respecting my skill level and budget.I left feeling more knowledgeable, happy with the products/service and comfortable with my investment.Was such a pleasant and fun experience.

My bike had been making a strange noise and I brought it in expecting to have to leave it to be serviced. The staff assessed, diagnosed, and repaired my bike on the spot (turned out it was an easy fix). Thank you! If you need help with a bike in Saskatoon, I can’t recommend them enough!

Took in for annual tuneup. My right brake handle had been bent backward from moving here from the states.I asked them to see if they could bend it back - the brake and suspension worked perfectly. I just wanted it fixed for aesthetic purposes. The bike is a year old.Instead they went ahead and replaced the shifts and brakes - - without informing me ahead of time - what service center does that?!?!?! they attributed this to misreading the notes when I brought the bike in.I was pretty ticked - but what put me over the edge was the mechanic who did the work starts yelling at me from the back. I finally told him I wasn’t going to argue with him but that I’m upset that they did work on my bike before Informing me ahead of time.The mechanic then goes and gets my broken handle and slams it on the counter and storms off. The front counter guy was totally cool and I appreciated his efforts in diffusing the situation.They didn’t charge me for labor and took 15% off the new part they installed. But I still paid $50 for parts I didn’t want.I had already decided to not go back there. They told me a tuneup would take a week. I didn’t get a call after a week. When I called THEM - they said it was scheduled for the next day. It ended up being 2 days for them to work on the bike. And they did not call me - although they noted on the receipt that they did. It took them 10 days to get to my bike.I appreciate that this shop is quite busy and things can be Miscommunicated but:1. You shouldn’t do work on a vehicle unless the owner has clearly communicated so.2. Don’t yell and argue with the owner when he is surprised you did unauthorized work on his vehicle.3. Keep to promised timelines for service and call your customers when the work is finished.

Best bike shop in town! I needed new mechanical breaks and they exceeded my expectations. Quality service and everything you need to get out riding. Highly recommend!!
