Michele was beyond amazing and made the entire experience so easy and fun! The store is absolutely beautiful. They have a HUGE selection to choose from and try on. From the moment I entered the store to the moment I walked out I felt catered to. I would highly recommend Creme Couture for purchasing your wedding gown. I can't wait to return to pick up my dream wedding dress!

Honestly, at the beginning of my wedding dress shopping experience with other realtors it was not a fun experience. UNTIL!!!... I met with Darlene at Creme Couture. BEST SALES consultant. She listened to what I wanted in a dress, catered to the experience of buying the dress, kept me on budget and was helpful during the entire process. She is amazing and great at her job. The other staff members were also very helpful and kind. I would highly recommend Creme Couture to any future bride. (Plus they do all their own alternations in house- so the experience is just easier). THANK YOU SO MUCH DARLENE!

I really liked my wedding dress, the prices are definitely on the higher end but the staff try their best to work with your budget. I’m giving the 3 star review because at the time of purchase I picked a veil that didn’t have a blusher but they told me they’ll attach a blusher to it. When I picked up my dress the veil was in a bag and I didn’t open it as I didn’t want to risk any damage. The day I picked up my dress after the final steaming I was told to take out the dress from the bag but just untie the veil bag and not fully take it out to prevent any dirt getting on it before the wedding day. All this time I assumed and trusted that the blusher was attached, on the day of my wedding I found out that there was no blusher on the veil. It was very disappointing and ruined all of the good experience I had at creme couture so far. I had to wear a veil without a blusher fully over my face so it covers it, it did not look good from behind. Very very disappointed, it was a huge mistake trusting them to do what they had promised to do. There are definitely better places in Guelph for wedding gowns.

We had an amazing experience in finding a dress for our friend's wedding. Michelle was incredibly helpful and everyone was super nice. Crème couture made our friend feel special for her first dress experience. I strongly recommend - their choice and expertise is really incredible..... and she said yes to the dress!

Crème Couture was an amazing experience. Joslyn (I’m probably spelling her name wrong) was very kind, supportive and extremely helpful in finding the dress of my dreams. She was also very straight forward and honest about styles and pricing! I would absolutely recommend them to my closest friend and family, even to my worst enemy because they were THAT incredible. I found the dress that made me feel beautiful, and comfortable and like the best version of myself with them!

Hannah helped my sister April and I find the perfect dresses for an upcoming wedding. The selection was next level, the store tidy, and comfortable, and loved the Abba playing in the background!!Hannah tirelessly spent hours helping us both simultaneously...she was an absolute joy to work with, very considerate, helpful, and patient. We didn't have an appointment and yet she was able to make room for us. We both left store with our perfect dresses!Thank you Hannah!!I would definitely recommend Creme Couture for quality gowns....not your typical mother/aunt of the bride selection and grateful for that!!Cassandra
